These items come from China. Packaging was horrible and items came smashed after a delivery time of over a month. Items appear to be overpriced but the ring came completely flat and the necklace in one huge knot so hard to tell. Good luck to me in getting my money back. I would not purchase from this company.

Best side easy to use there no problems

I have very sensitive skin (nickel is my enemy). I bought a simple eternity-style band to test it out first. I've worn it almost daily for three weeks now, no redness, no itching, nothing turning green. It still looks shiny, and I clean it with mild soap and water. I honestly appreciate that it looks nice and doesn't make my finger angry.

We live in Seattle and I basically stopped wearing my real wedding set years ago except for special occasions. Between sunscreen, sand, the pool, I was constantly afraid something would happen to it.

I bought a Gemiros “travel set” - their Ophelia ring and a thin band - and I can’t explain the peace of mind it’s given me. I’m 55, been married forever, I just want to enjoy our beach walks without checking my hand every 10 minutes.

The rings look beautiful in the sun, they really sparkle, but they don’t feel fragile. I still take them off if I’m putting on a ton of sunscreen or doing yard work. But if I forget once in a while, I’m not panicking.

Packaging was very nice but not wasteful, came in about 2 weeks. I wiped them down with a soft cloth like they suggested and they still look as good as day one after several weeks of use.

My husband calls them my “vacation diamonds” now. Works for me :)

I found Gemiros through a Facebook ad and almost scrolled past it. I have been burned before by pretty photos that don't match what shows up in the mailbox.

What convinced me to try was traveling.. My husband and i are in our late 40s, the kids almost out of the house, and we are finally starting to take the trips we always talked about. I wanted something pretty for dinners and pictures that wouldn't ruin the vacation if it disappeared in the sand.
I ordered the Infinity band and a solitaire necklace. The box arrived in about 10 days. The moment i took the ring out, i could tell this wasn't the filmsy costume jewelry i was afraid of. The stones are clear, the metal has a nice finish, and it didn't irritated my (very fussy) skin at all.

I did have one small question about care - i emailed asking about pools and sunscreen, and they replied with a thoughtful answer, not just a canned line. They were honest about avoiding harsh chemicals if I want it to stay beautiful, which I appreciate. I rather know the truth than be sold a fantasy.

Long story short: the pieces looked beautiful in our vacation photos, and I never once worried about leaving my real ring in the hotel safe. I am already eyeing one of their larger solitaires for our anniversary.

I purchased earrings and a ring from Gemiros and unfortunately had a deeply disappointing experience. The quality of the items I received was nowhere near what was advertised. The materials felt cheap, the craftsmanship was poor, and the pieces looked nothing like the photos on their website.

To make matters worse, the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive when I reached out. I felt completely unsupported and ultimately left feeling misled and taken advantage of.

I rarely write negative reviews, but in this case I want others to be aware. I do not recommend purchasing from Gemiros.

The rings arrived and were too big. I contacted the company and had quite a runaround, arguing over their return policy. They make it as difficult as possible, demanding that you send them photos, etc. I was returning the items within their 30 day requirement. They initially said I had passed the 30 days by stating that it had to be from the date of purchase, not from the date I received the item, which was ridiculous since it had taken weeks for the item to arrive.). They finally agreed to the return but would not send a shipping label. They told me I had to pay to return it - to Singapore! There is also a $19 restocking fee!!! So if you are looking for an easy return policy and good customer service, this is not a company for you.

The ring I bought is beautiful! Super sparkly and wow! Looks incredible.
The reason I am not giving the company 5 stars is because the item took a long time from order to shipped out and I had to email and ask why my item hadn’t shipped out yet. After my email, the next day I got the shipping label information. Also the box came completely damaged and the ring was loose in the packaging. But the quality of the ring is incredible.

So pretty. Can't believe how real it looks. Def worth the money.
