Purchased a bracelet as a birthday gift for a family member. Item arrived and hours were spent trying to get the thing to function at all, much less as advertised. Customer support is as non existent as item quality and after returning the item for a refund , two things were obvious, 1. that not only is the item absolute junk, but , 2. the developers are painfully aware of that fact.
