FAKE!
I never GOT any product!
Gemmmojo lies, and says it wasn't possible to deliver the product.
Here is what gemmojo explains:

Your shipment couldn't be delivered
According to 17track.net, your order couldn't be delivered as planned. Please contact 17track.net to arrange another delivery attempt.
17track.net tracking number:
89770903267
But the "17track.net" says that this tracking number is UNKNOWN !!

Gemmojo's strategy seems to be:
- First delivery is ok.
- Second delivery is never shipped to you, or you get a fake product
- I've never got my money back
- seems they're stolen!
- I'm FAKED !!
- It's not a US firm - truly a Chinese..

Never delivered and lied.

Delivered in 2 parts, paint tool to Maryland, USA, accessories to my country.

They agreed to a refund, but just ignored me.

They then used confirmation of accessories to pretend painting tool shipped to paypal the tool arrived.

i ordered a shower head , and had to wait a while for delivery ,but was told this when ordering.....i recieved it two days ago, it is the best shower head i've ever bought (and i've tried a few), it is brilliant........no problems with the company ,,,i'd use them again.

Ordered the 5 second fix, received defected product. Contacted Gemmojo and they agreed to send me another one, however, I received another defected product.
To make a long story short, they will not refund your money for a product that does not work. They claim, is "if you're not happy with your product". Really, it's defected. Claimed to come with batteries, but, to open it to see if that's the problem why it's not functioning, you would have to destroy the product. Basically.They are selling garbage, bootleg products!! Don't buy anything. They do not stand by the products they sell!!!

I strongly suggest that anybody contemplating buying anything from a company called GEMMOJO - DO NOT DO SO!!

They are a dodgy company based in China - not the USA as some of the ads claim!

They take orders and money and when fail to deliver just blame the local post office! The thing is, the post office don't handle their deliveries!
When asked who their courier company are (who supposed to have left my order in 'a Shed' which I don't have??!!!) - they refuse to answer!

BE WARNED - stay clear of these thieves!!

This company is a con trick. The glue product didn't work at all. No light, No way of gluing anything. And no response to any email sent to them.

I've purchased silicon food covers, that were either ripped after one use, or didn't seal the containers as promised. The answer from customer service was, the items arrived as promised, so there is nothing they can do! The fact that they weren't doing what they suppose to be doing didn't bother them one bit.

I respect and have done many reviews for TrustPilot and am surprised that you are involved with such a disgraceful organisation (Can't call it a Company). They are rogues and owe me a product from a February order, They hardly respond to any contacts and when they do there is no real message. I have requested numerous refunds but nothing happens.
I am going to splash my experience on Social Media. As for TrustPilot I will never do a review again for flippantly working with rogues.

I´M TOTALLY DISSAPOINTED OF GEMMOJO, I PLACED MY ORDER FOR 1 INCENSE BURNER AND 1 PACK OF INCENSE CONES, I DID RECEIVED THE BURNER (FROM CHINA) BUT NEVER THE CONES (FORM MALAYSIA) THAT WAS ALMOST 3 MONTHS AGO AND THEY DON´T ANSWER MY MAILS OR GIVE ME ANY UPDATES ON MY CASE. IT´S REALLY F SAD. I have to say that the burner without those special incense cones is unuseful

Bought a "power flosser" from this shambles of a company and wish I hadn't! After waiting 5 weeks for it to be delivered it was broken, unsurprisingly as it was just in a box with no packaging to give it any protection. Having emailed them about this I've been told there will be no refund. I'm appalled! Do NOT buy from them

I sent for an item in December and it arrived mid Jan broken. I asked for a refund which they refused, i contacted PayPal who told me to return broken pen to an address PayPal provided with tracking details. I paid £9.00 to post it back and provided tracking details to PayPal. Surprise surprise when my package was returned to me stating 'no such company' this piece of crap has cost me nearly £30.00 and PayPal are saying my tracking details are invalid. I have the tracking slip from the post office that cost me £9.00 and the returned package that was correctly addressed (i got someone to double check before I sent it. Singapore incidently) I'm not finished with this yet and will keep you posted.

I made an order for a product last October and never received anything about it. I have sent several emails claiming the product or my money back and have only given me stupid and pointless excuses. If I do not receive any specific response to my case then I will take legal action in this regard!!!

Is a shame i didn't google this piece of crap store, the steal my money I bought over $150 of goods and never ever received my products that was more than 3 months ago, they stop reply my emails

Scam big scam don't trust Gemmojo , they have already debited my credit car up to know the product is not yet delivered. Pls refund my money that is a hard earned money. Bulllllllshhhhitttt where is my mmmmmmoooooneeeyyyyy

This company took five weeks to send me a pack of paint pads. On arrival they were so cheap and flimsy that I requested a returns label and a refund.
They have twice replied that they don't give refunds once items have been delivered !!! How would I know that I wanted a refund until the item had been delivered ! Trading Standards next stop for me.

I have the worst experience with this website they are a big scam and I'm glad I've changed my card so they can't charge me!

I ordered an item off their website a pai of neoprene shorts and it never arrived it's now 3 months since I ordered it they say it's dispatched and it never arrives then after contacting several times they say it's held at my local customs and after contacting customs they call back and say it's not ever been received with both tracking numbers that gemmojo provided for the two parcels they "sent"

Please avoid this website they are a bunch of scam artists from china who claim to be from Chicago in USA never trust this website they advertise on Facebook but don't purchase and keep yourself safe!!!
