Le service clients ignorait mes emails alors que je les ai contacté pour un défait dans leur article. C'était frustrant de ne pas avoir un retour durant deux semaines.
Quand j ai publié j'ai un message pas pour s' excuse mais pour me donner des ordres. Je ne veux rien à voir avec Gemo,
Du jamais vu. Sans respecter les clients quittent et c'est mon cas et je suis contente de ne plus avoir ce genre de personne, site dans ma vie.
