Customer support could definitely be better, but overall it’s acceptable. It’s quite disappointing that if you start an offer through their site but the external offer provider fails to credit you, Gemsloot can’t do anything to help.

That said, payouts are legitimate as long as everything tracks correctly. I would strongly recommend not using Farly from the offerwall — their support is terrible and unhelpful.

Pretty convenient that the offer supposed to pay me a reward of £44.06 for a first time deposit didn’t get tracked, but the one that paid only £1.17 did. I’ve sent an email with proof and now I’m waiting for a response.

A similar thing happened on another well known website I used before. I had the same problem with one of the offers until I found out that the provider had actually sent the money to them. Yet, they acted like they hadn’t received anything and didn’t know what was going on, until I got the provider and the website’s staff to talk directly while I was present. And guess what? Suddenly, they fixed it.

Since then, I’ve had this suspicion that sometimes these sites do get paid by the provider but pretend that the member did something wrong, claiming the offer wasn’t tracked or coming up with other excuses to avoid paying. So here I am again, waiting to see if this website runs the same kind of “scheme.”

If they don’t know what this “scheme” should be called, there’s a funny name for it: “Tzap Tzarap Smekeria.”

Edit: After sending proofs to the provider Farly to confirm my offer completion, after more than a month, they informed me that their investigation found no record of me completing the offer, meaning I won't receive the reward. Looking into the activity panel on Gemsloot, on the offer, under "Recent," I can see there's also no activity from any other member who has earned the reward. That's a great offer- basically, you deposit and play €20 for a £43.94 reward (€50) so anyone want to tell me that nobody wanted to complete it? I don't think so. In fact, there's a good chance that those who did complete it faced the same issues as me. I have to ask these questions as a member of Gemsloot, they have no doubt what is happening regarding it.
Should I go further on this website to try completing any more offers? I don't think so. I've sent proofs to Trustpilot; after this review was flagged, they did their job, and my review has been verified.

Good luck with them, I have no time to waste on a website that I'm not being treated fair.
