There are no words to truly describe how grateful u am to General Medicine. The doctors listen to you as a person, they care about you and answer questions immediately. You can always get an appointment with no waiting.

I've been pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of each physician I've met with and the prompt and helpful responses received over texts during quick checkups.

I've had issues finding good local physicians after my last one retired years back. Couple that with being busy and anxiety issues that kept me from finding another PCP, the experience I've had with general medicine is amazing.

As much as it's important for in person visits for certain conditions/ailments, I think telehealth services serve a great need. It's amazing for people that work a lot or have odd schedules, and I assume it works well for certain physicians that enjoy open schedules with varied hours.

I feel like a lot of the credit has to go to the physicians I've met with. It was a relief to feel that sense of normalcy, respect, and empathy that I felt with my aforementioned doctor that retired.

But I also have to emphasize how easy it has been to book appointments, ask questions, availability of appointment times when you need to make a last second appointment.

No more hard to reach offices with poor availability and waiting for hours in waiting rooms.

I look forward to continuing my care with general medicine and the amazing physicians on your staff.

Prompt responses to questions, although I'm still confused about the communication with the on-line pharmacy. Would prefer to have the medication available for local pick-up. I appreciated that General Medicine required and arranged lab work and were available for questions. Still don't know how to get my next months refill.

I am able to take care of my Graves disease from home over video consultation. Get my refills and lab work prescriptions all within a 15 minute visit.

Follow up is easy and you can see the same doctor Everytime or if you don't like them you can switch. I switched till I found the one that aligns with my care.

I needed a hematologist clearance last minute for my cosmetic surgery and I couldn’t find any availability in my local area. I found General Medicine online and scheduled a same day appointment with my provider, Lisa Salata, MD. Lisa was amazing and professional! I told her about my situation and she was able to arrange everything for me. During the consultation, Lisa was professional and she reassured me that I was healthy and will be able to obtain a clearance letter for what I was looking for. The next day in the afternoon, I got my clearance letter from her and a hematologist specialist. Also, the communication with the whole team is super efficient! Although calling isn’t available with the group, I was able to text them through messages, and the group and Lisa were able to communicate with me through messages as well. I would highly recommend this service!

I needed medication at a time when my doctor was not in the office. This was such a seamless and easy experience. I set up an appointment within a couple of hours of filling out some information. I had a video call with a doctor who asked very thoughtful and thorough questions. A prescription was sent to my pharmacy that day. It was a great experience. I don't look forward to being ill again, but to know General Medicine is there when I do is very comforting.

I did not have any time to go to the Dr and this online appointment was within a couple of hours of booking and super quick! I got my rx within an hour of them sending it over. Highly recommend!

General Medicine is seriously a hidden gem. The entire staff is courteous and professional. I’ve seen multiple doctors and loved them all. I’ve had lab work done, prescriptions filled, and they even do all the work to help with your insurance coverage. It’s honestly completely worth the price—which is already more than response in today’s economy. I can’t recommend General Medicine enough!

I recently moved and was running low on a medication. I visited a General Medicine provider for a refill. She was friendly and thorough, answered my questions, and took care of my refill that day. Thank you!

Very upsetting experience. Within one minute of my visit, I could tell the doctor was not taking me seriously. I explained that I have experienced extreme fatigue since 2020. I also informed the doctor that I had previously worked in a doctors office and was sharing my symptoms with the MD at our office. Unfortunately, the practice does not take my insurance and due to the doctor taking a medical leave was not able to be taken one as a patient. However; I was encouraged to pursue finding a doctor to assist me with a CFS diagnosis. Descending.The doctor was very condescending, asking me why I think I have chronic fatigue syndrome and have I seen a neurologist or a rheumatologist, anyone other then “my friend”. It was awful. I have never felt so unheard and so dismissed. I ended the visit. It is a setback. it’s very hard to find caring providers. End result I won’t be working with General Medicine.

They are incapable of sending the correct lab orders at a lab location. I drive 30 min to an appointment only to be told they never received the order. I have no way of accessing it myself wither since their dashboard is so barebones. Terrible company.

First timer here and all I can say it was a very good experience. Quick and I was able to get my prescription refilled in time. I would most definitely use general medicine again.

Quick, efficient and extremely helpful! I am in between insurance and have moved so I’m also in between primaries. This was so easy and pleasant. Definitely recommend :)
