I acquired an older generator which needed a bit of love to get it running properly again. Parts are not generally available, but Generator Guru had all the bits that I needed. Ordering was easy, delivery was quick and the prices were fair.

I had one minor issue with an incompatible product - a slightly different fuel tank design that would not fit my model. This was dealt with quickly and efficiently with a couple of photos to show the differences, then a return and refund.

I was at a loss. I purchased a Case IH branded inverter generator several years back (2011 or so). I used it for about 2 hours then stored it with out proper care, when i went to resTart it I realized i was going to have to replace a few parts, I searched the whole of the United States looking for parts there were none to be found. I did a google photo search of my Vacuum pump and it led me to the Generator Guru. What a blessing, I am glad you are there! I ordered my parts with Priority freight and it was the best service experience I have had in a very long time! My parts were delivered in a 2 day period all the way from England! I can't even get that kind of service here! I am very Impressed and will recommend you to everyone I know that has a need for this type of equipment. Thanks again!

I used generator Guru to buy parts for my 2010 Stanley 8000S. Initially the petcock, which they had the exact part, then the Gas Cap, and finally the air breather tube and replacement carburetor. At first I was concerned that the carburetor was incorrect, but it and the rest fo the parts were perfect and the generator runs like a charm now. Shipping internationally to western Us went flawlessly and no discernible dalays. I would recommend

My son gave me a very old generator some time ago. No manual exists any more, but Guru helped me understand the starting procedure, capacity, etc.

I was at not sure that I would be able to get the nessasary spec's for the head bolts on a Sportsman Generator.
The Sportsman company did not help at all. I emailed Generator Guru and Zak sent me the spec's a little while later. This is a great company to deal with. Will definitely use them on future projects.

Great service from this company, I watched the diagnostic video and carried out the checks shown.
I needed some help choosing the right capacitor as the rating was unreadable so using the help section of the site ordered a suitable replacement, parts arrived very swiftly and well packaged.
I fitted the capacitor after checking the fitting instructions again from the excellent guidance and help facility on the website.
I put everything back together and now all working perfectly, thanks great service and very well structured website with a plethora of really useful information and guidance.

I live in the US, needed parts for a predator generator and generator guru was one of a few places that had everything I needed. I thought it would take a couple weeks for shipping being they are located in the UK, I was wrong the parts where here in less than a week. And very well package. If I need parts again I would not hesitate to order from them.

As far as I know these guys are the only place I can get parts and the kit I need for the annual service on my Loncin. They also give detailed free advice/diagnostics and the videos are very useful.
