I placed an order, payment was taken immediately and I received an email order confirmation. When my order didnt arrive as expected, i emailed them direct, emailed them using their own form on website and have NOT had a reply. In the meantime they have emailed me with Offers off my Basket, leading me to believe My order had not been placed, and hoping I would place another order and be SCAMMED AGAIN! No chance. Then I had another email saying my order has been despatched and when you click on the tracking method it says you have to down load the ‘SHOP’ App. I didnt at first, but after talking to my Son he uses the ‘SHOP’ App quite a bit, so I did download it and My order does appear however it says ‘There is No Tracking Number Available’ !!!
My bank say they wont do anything until 1 Month after Order placed date, and even then they cant guarantee i will get a refund !! I paid £719.00 😢🤬
UPDATE: An email from SHOP arrived saying my order has been Fulfilled ! Nothing has arrived ?????
UPDATE: Recieved 2 Scam calls and a txt pretending to be my bank on Saturday, they tried to get £498 ! Using info from my original order …..

Looks like a scam site
Looks like a scam site. Saw a very good offer being advertised on a UK Camping group on Facebook, from a so called customer of generatorscenter.co.uk and have since realised it was a scam. Payment has gone to an obscure foreign payment provider, and they ask you to download an app that links to your google account, to track the item. It appears that the app "Shop" is also dangerous. Barclaycard are disputing this transaction for me.

As stated by other people this is clearly a scam site, checkout the warehouse address in London it doesn't exist, payment went to a company in Brussels. I've reported it to Amex. How long are Stripe going to keep processing payments before they realize its a scam !
