I ordered solar panels that were scheduled to arrive the day before my contractor was to arrive. I then got an email notice from Generators Direct USA stating that the order was cancelled at my request. That didn't happen. I never cancelled the order or communicated with them in any way up to that point. I emailed and called and emailed, but got no response. I'm not sure this is a legitimate company.
