I bought a very reasonably priced throw online and it was delivered very quickly. Easy to use website, discount for a first time purchase and free postage which was very decent for a bulky item. I wouldn’t have expected it. Five stars!

My online order was processed and delivered quickly - ordered on Friday night, delivered Wednesday morning with great communication during the time to let me know where my package was. Item arrived in perfect condition but the best part - a lovely thank you note was included in the package which was a really lovely touch! Thank you Generosa!

Excellent customer service
Chose this bowl because it is a more sustainable dishwashing bowl than the plastic ones. When it arrived (very quickly) it was damaged but I got in contact with Generosa and they replaced it very quickly and even went to the length of contacting the manufacturer to see if the fault I identified was part of the process or indeed a fault. All in a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.
