over the weekend, I tried the services of Genesis Mining, and took a promotion plan for 110USD. After the first exchange I understood that the company is a SCAM, it is impossible to withdraw any money w/o taking a more expensive plan (499 USD). In addition, the mining revenues are far too high compared to other cloud mining providers to be true. DONT USE THIS WEBSITE and this COMPANY, you will just lose money.

This is one hell of a dodgy company, I just wished I read a few lines of the bad reviews before engaging maybe I wouldn’t have been in their mess. 4K down the drain. well with fate I’m in a better place now and I hope others do the same and consider 𞤌iг𞤶£ҳ as an alternative. that’s where i make passive income now peacefully and effortlessly. only gains

I can't believe I fell into the trap too.
I paid $110 for one of the plans on the website, after the payment was received I received an email from them that the plan is no longer valid and I can get a refund or add $389 to a "better" plan.
After I requested a credit I never heard from them again.
I will be happy to update here if a refund is received.

Still waiting on my money it's been a month now they have not refunded anything nor have responded to anything do not go to this company or give them any money at all they are a bunch of scam artists that just take your money read the reviews this place sucks Twitter

Genesis mining is a big scam that guy Bob is full of s*** I have contacted them over and over and over and over and they still will not contact me back luckily I only gave him $110 so I guess they get that for free I just hope that nobody else goes to this site cuz they're garbage they're bunch of scammers and that only take your money do not go to this site

For most people out here, I want you all to know that Genesis Mining, their new platform that is currently onboarding new customers and old, is currently at genesisminning.com. I recently made a withdrawal from there, so I want everyone here to be aware.

I’ve been able to make a withdrawal at least 3 times now, all seems to be going smoothly.

I put in 150 to start they after my profit went up i tried to withdraw and i had to pay 2 withdrawal fees and still never received payout its a total SCAM DO NOT PAY ANYTHING

Almost lost my life savings here. The only good thing right now is that its still possible to get a payout from these criminals, just like I did.

I spent $11,000 on mining contracts. Crypto crashed before I could get anything.

Fast forward to today. I have about $300 accumulated. I asked if they could send it to me, they agreed. I am constantly following up, and over three weeks later they are still "working on it". I don't think I'll ever see that money.

Big time scammers i invested in my $ 200 and asking why my contract not activated, i was asked to pay $ 300 and yet on their contracts there is a plan for $ 100.
After some time they turned off the display of my deposits.
I tried to ask them for a refund and they said its impossible and that the only way is to add on more money so they activate my contract. What a shame and a SCAMM.

Fake ,scam and ponzi . I was locked of my account for weeks .I had to find an alternative by reporting to the team/website written on my profile name and later got my refund of £5K

I had 1 mined ETH and withdraw it to my address, but still didnt get it and it was 2 years ago... many times i contact the support team but you always said should wait for your colleagues, they will solve my issue ... This is ridiculous, absolutely visible you are a scam thief team !!!

I saw many people has same problem like mine, maybe we have to get together and get a lawyer and start a legal action , the Genesis mining owner is a millionaire German people, name Marco Streng.

Been waiting 2 years for a moderate payout. Spent $2900 in mining in 2017, and I have 2.4 eth and .04 btc to cash out, So sad that once a legitimate company can turn so dark. Sadly I was planning on adding to my kids (foster kids) college fund, gross people. BPKMD@aol

i dont know if this is the right place to put a review or not. genesis mining is a fraud.
i sent an email to them on april 2021 about my 130k satoshi that was remained in my account that was below minimum of 250k sat.
until today they are saying that they have some issues sending tge amount, and it is a manual investigating work and blah blah.
and the fun part is they just answer your emails very fast like a legit company.
the whole scam process began when they transfered from iceland to hongkong. crappy thives tgey are. plz dont invest, let them bancrupt.....

My initial expeience was good and I was able to make and withdraw mined profits. They stopped taking new business some time ago. My last contract expired in August. They should have sent me the balances automatically at that point but I have had to chase by email. Their last mail reads:

'In a previous ticket, we already added you to the release list. Sadly, there seem to be some issues with the releases, and currently we expect the processing to take a few weeks rather than a few days. Still, your balances will be released soon.'

If this were true, it would be terrible customer service, but I don't believe it for a moment. It's only about $200, but I've written off those funds.

I can not wait to read about these low life scumbags' arrest for fraud, so do not invest your hard-earned money with them. They are not disbursing the fund. However, I am delighted that a buddy of mine introduced me to the company in my profile photo because they pay out in double and promptly.
