This is pretty much a ponzi scheme. The more you invest the more you will lose. You are better off flushing your hard earned money down the toilet.

They are a complete scam. Started contracts in 2017. Have had open tickets for 3 years. I have proven on Reddit with math that no one makes ROI. They conveniently always leave difficulty reductions out of their equations. Difficulty will always prevent you from ROI. They try to trick you by making you think coin appreciation is ROI, its not. That is separate from mining income. Always better to take the contract price and just buy the coin. I doubt they even have machines. They take your coin and then hand you back 80% of that coin over time. No mining even required. I am part of the reason they don't take credit cards anymore. I used credit cards and filed a fraud claim with my banks. Genesis couldn't even fight it and my contract fees were refunded by the banks. Most of the Genesis employees on Reddit have since been deleted in the 3 years since I first exposed them (with many others). If you want to give someone your money for the "virtual experience" of mining (whatever that means), please send your coins to me and I will send you back 80% over time. Just can't believe they haven't been shut down by a government agency yet.

After posting the bad review here genesis resolved all my issues

It's scam! They don't pay my remaining output balance. Only feed me with promises.

Btw, another sign of fraud is that they have stopped acepting credit cards.

I asked them to transfer the balance of BTC and ETH to the wallets I set up over a month ago. Their customer service is 0. They send me an email every 2 wks and told me that the request was sent to their IT department, so they have no idea when it will be completed. If you are with them, pls start to worry about your money. Don’t just look at the balance on their system like what I did.

Total scam, just like it seems. Nothing is free in this world. If it worked, they would not sell opportunity to make money. Much better gamblers opportunity in stocks or Vegas. This is throwing away your money.

Most of this scam sites even uses YouTube video makers to advertise their scam schemes. YouTube need to start bringing down any channel that is used to scam people

After a year they'll say you're on a non profitable miner and then add that miner to your 'certificate' so you'll have wasted over 80% of your investment, stay away.

They are scammers. I gave them 20k for mining. After few month and about 2k giving btc. They stopped paying me with the excuse of high cost.
Don't trust these scammers. They cheat you very easy and you are not able to do anything.

If I could give zero stars I would. Genesis mining owes me 119.67 eitherium coins, I have a help ticket open for 3 years. All I get for a response from genesis mining, "we are working on it.". For 3 years I have been asking, when will this get resolved, and all I get is the same response, "we are working on it. Genesis mining is a ponzi scheme for sure. They are liars and cheats. One of the worst expereances in my life.

This site is very hassle to sign up. It is not a scammer but it is not profitable to everyone. When you try to sign up to this site, it takes hours.

Trust Me, This all Fraud and Scam. They have got clear website and cheating every single one. Don't Signup. Better you go Coinbase and buy and sell your own way.

I don't want to call them scammers but they are just non-profitable at all!
I invested in a small plan of 4.5 TH/s which costs around 160£ in litecoin mining for 18 months contract , and waited for a week to see how profitable is that!!! I was shocked after a week to realise that I will need at least 21 months to only get what I invested if the litecoin price stay the same, so by the end of this contract I will only get litecoins what equals to 145£ in today prices, so losing 15£ with no profits along the whole time.... So it's your opinion if you wanna invest with these people and lose part of your capital by time while it should grow in investment terminology.

It's been over a year, since they can't fix their technical problems
after this comment on twitter, they blocked me,so that people don't know what kind of shameless company you are

Why does TrushPilot not recognize that 90% of all posts here are scams made to make people lose even more money than they did on Genesis-mining (which is a scam!)

i think those people who put a review referring to other persons that they can get your money back, they themselves are scammers. so take care.

I had a 2 year contract with Genesis. Throughout the whole contract there were constantly problems with the payouts. These were problems I was not informed about, and had to do my own calculations to figure out I am missing money. After hours, days, months spent arguing with support, I was able to get some delayed payments into my wallet. To this day I haven't received the last payment (it has been a YEAR!) despite arguing with support, who are making up some nonsense reasons for which they cannot send a small, simple sum.

Moreover, the "Review" section on their website deletes unfavourable reviews. I posted a review there and it never showed up.

I give 2 stars and not 1 because I actually received money from the mining, but I do not recommend the experience to anyone - you will have to fight for every penny.

I have had a open support ticket since late April 2020. It is now mid July, and the matter, a simple matter, is yet to be dealt with. I have received 2 grovelling emails apologising for the inordinate delay ... instead of them simply actioning a simple fix and closing the stupid ticket. I will never again be their customer.

I purchased a two year dash contract 2 years ago for 200 euros. Today I have £5 worth of dash - this tells you everything about this business. Customer service is nonexistent. When I experienced technical help, I had to wait 19 months (yes, 19 months) for the tech team to "resolve" . Avoid this scam company.

I must be in the minority. I get paid daily and have had zero issues with these guys. I spent money on dash and bitcoin mining and paid with bitcoin on one and credit on the other. I get paid out daily with the dash payment and have to wait the month for the credit card dispersment. They have been there for every question I have had. I only get 75 cents to a dollar a day. I concentrated 20 percent on doge and am making 75 to 120 doge a day. I wake up every morning and see my deposits into coinbase and binance.

Scammer stole my money. Never trust genesismining !
