Very professional work as well as very creative and friendly

The guys here did a great job framing two of my prints and also copying a third on their high quality imaging systems. They were professional, courteous, good value and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for all my high end framing in the future.

The team at Genesis Imaging were very professional and Steve was especially helpful with his advice and suggestions, which meant that I was delighted and extremely happy with the print and framing of my image. The image which was selected as a gift for my friend of over 30 years, was described by her as "very impressive" and she enjoys it very much! Excellent service. Will use Genesis again. Excellent phone service. I have used them in the distant past too and the service was 5 star. I only knocked one star off because of missed communication via email but this was likely because my request was unusual - I didn't use the online system to send work - and because there is a pandemic at play.
