I almost got into this scam.
I was having problem trying to get one of the promotion package and needed help.
I went on to the chat, it says agents active, but bullshit for 1 solid hour, there is still no response from the active agent
This starts ringing alarm bell something is wrong with this company.

Bought the small package, and they take your money, then claim it's full and not taking on new subscribers.
Upgrade or get a refund. Of course there's no refund.

I have been emailing and multiple support tickets, still no response or refund as stated in the email. I even paid for the upgrade to withdraw my funds, when I tried to withdraw it keeps saying "Activation in Progress " and no fund are transferred to my wall and "NO RESPONSE OR REFUND OR RESOLUTION!!!

I was a user of this company back in 2016 and then again in 2020. When I tried to log in a few days ago it said email not recognised and I emailed them. They said create a new account then we can recover your old one. I created a new account then the next message was deposit $100 so we can recover your old account. This company is absolutely pathetic. I know I had money on my old account but I have no way of getting it back now. I am not going to deposit money so j can recover an old account as that is just ridiculous. Take your hard earned cash somewhere else.

I paid $110 for one of the plans on the website, after the payment was received I received an email from them that the plan is no longer valid and I can get a refund or add $389 to a "better" plan.
After I requested a credit I never heard from them again.
I will be happy to update here if a refund is received.

The contract was concluded for 2.5 years, after 1.5 years, the payment was interrupted and the answer to 2 calls, why the payment was stopped, I was told that they had technical problems. Mining continues, but with many times less yield, but the payment does not take place.
