This is a very marginal dealer which appears and acts like a sketchy pop-up operation. The actual showroom is still under construction and the service department barely functions. The website is very amateurish and has no contact information for the service department. After navigating the phone tree from the only number listed (Sales), the "service" extension rang 28 times without an answer or even a recorded message. Others have had similar experiences. When I attempted to schedule warranty service for my new 2022 Genesis GV70, it took considerable time, effort and multiple calls just to speak with a real person. Once connected I was told that I needed to speak with a service advisor and that they would "try to call me back later today". All the online links for Customer care, Service Valet, etc take you to a web form that you fill out and then.....wait for someone to call you back. I'm still waiting. This is horrible customer service. The promises from Genesis about customer service when they sell you the car are just talk. If you want a true luxury car with associated high level after-sale customer service, look to Acura, Lexus, Mercedes, etc. Not even close to ready for prime time.
