Do NOT trust this company - you have been warned!

DO NOT under any circumstances use this company who may not provide the service you have booked and PAID for and leave you stranded with no redress.
They basically lost our booking and then lied about it...
We lost half a day's skiing as a result.
No refund.
The return journey was also awful, sending an electric vehicle an hour late that had almost no charge left and had to dawdle to the airport with the windows open to stop misting up in the freezing cold with no heater to save battery charge. We only just caught our flight, thanks entirely to the EasyJet ground staff who managed to whisk us through.
My complaint to the company was ignored - they never replied.
Two failures out of two! They are not to be trusted. See many similar reviews on TripAdvisor!
