Excellent service, great direction and awesome products.

While generally I like Genisys they have a limited number of branches and their atm machines are often out of service in the weekend which is more than frustrating.

Wife had visa and debit cards both stome. And they helped freeze both of them qnd get new cards for her. Also helped get money that was used on her visa back. Will always be a member here, Excellent staff. Very helpful.

I would of given a 5 star but it’s really irritating when you can’t get anyone at your local branch to answer the phone.

I had been a member of another, prominent Credit Union; (somewhere near Dearborn) who grew into a regular, fee-laden, bank-board managed behemoth. Then I found Genisys and my Credit Union dream came true. Thank You for maintaining the Credit Union Credo, sticking to our guns and standing by your members. I am happy and I spread the good CU word to all.

I like my credit union, the fee's are less money than other banks. They have nice people to talk with. It is easy and fun to communicate and they make me enjoy going to the bank.

Employees make or break most every service organization and any review of GCU is based upon who you interact with. Most have been very good yet one or two negative experiences with some employees often make a bigger impression than the good ones. Make sure that employees treat customers as equals when borrowing and don't fudge the truth or talk down to someone trying to get a loan.

There is a commercial that ran for a Georgia bank where a female banker tells her boyfriend that he doesn't need a bank, he needs a magician. Genisys is my magician.

Everyone at working at genisys has always been really great in doing everything for me every time I went into the branch.

Very pleased with the service and the employees. The credit union is on top of new online gadgetry that help us working stiffs that want fast service.

If it wasn’t for Genisys, I would’ve never had a chance to fix my credit and turn my life around. I had identity theft which ruined my credit and Genisys was the only bank that would help me get a credit card. Lesley bittler at Shelby Township Michigan branch has always had my back of getting me approved. I owe her for her work she has done. Now I have a house a car all in my name with great rates!!

I recommend Genisys Credit Union to everyone that will listen, it is wonderful. I have NEVER had a problem and everyone is extremely helpful and friendly!

Excellent high yield checking account, low interest rate credit card and friendly staff. I hope they build more locations but in the meantime I have access to thousands of cash machines at no charge.
