I paid $1,000 on September 1st 2024 to have loss mitigation look over my mortgage payments..I was supposed to recieve a copy of the letter that is being sent to my Mortgage company and I have not heard 1 word after I issued the payment. No one will text, email, call. I think i may have been scammed with this company. I want my money back!.

I must say everyone in GeniusLaw was wonderful. They helped us to keep our home and kept on top of every move that was thrown at them. The challenges that they had to encounter showed how much effort they placed in reaching the goal of fighting for our home. Thank God that they were placed in our path to fight for us.

I use this legal group and they are great. Genius Law is currently handling a real estate issue for me. My attorney is well qualified in this area and that is a good startling point in any legal matter.

I was able to accomplish major goals of keeping my house and getting the mortgage company to negotiate and modify. Thank you for that! However, the whole process took a lot longer and cost more in the long run than I had anticipated. That is why genius law gets 4 of 5.

I finely after a long time found a firm that was worth it's wait in gold I wish I had the money to pay them to represent me at trial they wrote up great breffs use amazing research and superb organization and presentation I tried to do in a year what they did in weeks!! I used Geniuslaw because every attorney I found was too expensive but were able to help me get a attorney that was near me I could actually afford. I'd use them again for other stuff probably.

Some people where extremely helpful most calls that I made they never understand the help that I needed. The web site was to difficult to understand.

They took my money and didn’t do anything for me. They promised to send me $100 back but heard nothing from them. They should be taken off web site

After my initial inquiry they constantly contacted me. I hesitated as I have had bad experiences with attorney's. After I paid for the consultation no one called at my designated appointment time. No one was available when I called in. I rescheduled my consultation multiple times but sat waiting for GeniusLaw to call, no one did. They got paid for a consultation I never had.
