This was absolutely the worst…
This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with ordering medication. I was holding a bottle with 3 refills on the Genius RX bottle and the rep this morning insisted there were no refills remaining. Fired an email to my doctor to get another prescription which thankfully I was able to reach her. When placing the order for the new prescription this evening's rep tells me they found the old prescription and it showed the 3 refills. Imagine that?
This is medication it's not ordering something from Target. I am completing this last order I did and that is it. I have no idea if this place is a scam or not. Just in case will contact FDA and Florida Attorney General ASAP. Be careful here.

Incorrect info on website
The GeniusRX website did not have the correct quantity amounts so while prescription was for 90 tablets and the website allowed that order, I was then notified days later there was a GeniusRX limit of 60 tablets. I would have gone elsewhere for fulfillment had I known that. Bad data on the website causing partial fulfillment of my prescription...
In addition, I am now getting emails from "Trustpilot" asking for additional information on my review; however, their email takes me to a link that requires a "Reference Number" before proceeding further. I have no reference number so can't proceed. And when I reply to the email from Trustpilot it is a "noreply" email. Maddening - I'm trying to help them with valid feedback and their support process is crazy...

They took my money and sent me 5ml instead of 15ml without notifying me, had I not said anything they would have probably kept my money! I never authorized them to change my order, they have my phone number , email address ,home address, credit card number, doctors number, doctors email address, and fax number! They can not be trusted ! You just don’t change and order without notification!,,I have the right to go elsewhere .it is my money, they have no right to take it without my authorization!

Horrible experience
The adage "If something seems too good to be true, it probably is." really applies here. I saw this mail order pharmacy on GoodRx and the price was great compared to others. Now I know why - don't expect to receive your order. I sent my order to GeniusRx on their website 10/20, it is now 10/30 and it still has not been shipped. I sent many emails, made phone calls, and they kept insisting that my Dr. had not sent my prescription. After 3 trips to the doctors office, watching them fax the prescription to the number provided, I gave up. I will be going back to my local pharmacy.

No second order.
My second attempt to order from them was so bad that at long last, I gave up and found another company and had them fill it. Placed but never filled (not charged, at least!) More concerning is that the average of RECENT reviews (first page = 18 reviews) is about 3 stars - half 1's and the rest are 5s or 4s.

I've been using mailmyprescriptions.com for about a year with no problems -- until my latest order. It was a disaster. No communication, two missing medications, you name it. Michael informed me that they had previously contacted me by email. They did not. They said I'd ordered one med incorrectly. I did not, which they confirmed later. My doctor had forgotten to send one of the prescriptions. She followed up and sent it on the next business day. The day AFTER that, Michael called to inform me that it wasn't received. I called and verified that it was sent, and then verified again with mailmyprescriptions that it was received, after all. They promised to send it out via priority mail. Here it is, a week later, and I'm totally out of my prescriptions and still waiting for my order. I'm truly disappointed.

garbage service
truly garbage service. sadly, mailmyprescriptions flexes their amazingly low-cost meds in return for little-to-no customer service. i placed my order for my meds aug 6 (19 days ago). not only are my meds still not delivered, but they actually took an insanely long route to get to CA (FL -> Texas -> Chicago -> somewhere in California). i alerted their staff of this and was told that my meds would arrive on time. still not here. not a shed of concern from their team UNTIL i post a negative review. i'd stay away and opt to pay more elsewhere.

Ordered for convenience. Price was higher than the pharmacies but thought it would be worth the effort. The order amount was altered and even a week after the order it was still not sent with no notification.
Higher price than pharmacy, inability to fill amount of order unreasonable delay without notification. Hard to find anything to like.
My meds mailed out 8 days after ordering.
I order my prescription on July 28. There was some isssue with the prescription but we dealt with that. I notice July 31 my meds havent been sent out yet. I call them and it seems they were not able to connect my prescription with my order and didn't send it out as the order was in "waiting for prescription status" when I called. They agreed with me that was their fault and they would send the prescription out faster as I told them I only had 5 more days of my hypertension medicine. Now today, August 4th, I just receive an email that it was mailed out this evening. So now I have to somehow scramble to get my medication otherwise I will end up in the hospital the last time I was not able to take my medication as my blood pressure went up to 220/160. So don't recommend.

The first time I used mail my prescriptions I got excellent service. Boy have they went down hill since then. My doctor has to send in my prescriptions three to four times before they say they get it. Use to get your prescriptions with in a week of ordering. My last one took over a month. They use to send you emails letting you now if they needed anything now they don’t you are just left in the dark and never get your prescriptions. It’s a horrible way to run a company especially when people’s lives depend on get there medications on time. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company’s lack of communication, service and lack of compassion for people’s lives.
