4/5 stars for an (almost) flawless transaction

I want to leave five stars because I gave this website money (via PayPal), and I eventually received the e-book I was looking for. However, I must deduct one star because that book was not obtained via email as suggested:

"We will deliver your order instantly via e-mail. DOWNLOAD LINK will be included in that email. Once payment is confirmed, Please check Inbox and also SPAM box."

I _did_ receive a receipt via email, which _was_ caught in my spam filter. However, that email contained no download link, nor was any other email received.

Luckily, I eventually found a "Downloads" section under the "My account" tab. There, I found a link from which I obtained my purchase.
