Very bad company

If you are looking for adventure then this is the place for you.

1. The transfer can come, but you won’t even see it, it’s just in their bank and they are silent about it.

2. When contacted, they will say yes, but it is being considered, drop in information, explain, etc.

3. The whole day they will check MAYBE they will be credited and may be returned back.

A stupid waste of time, the only thing that works great for them is support, fast, but help is still 0 because nothing depends on them.

Conclusion - do not download, do not transfer.

Facilitating internet crime.

We were cheated by internet scammers who used a Genome account to receive payments. While they admitted what had happened Genome refused to accept responsibility for facilitating internet crime and refused to refund us.

Easy, transparent management of funds

I don't need much: just a EUR acct and ability to pay online using my EUR funds, and Genome meets those needs perfectly. Registration and verification were super-easy, and on the few occasions I've had to reach out to support, I've always been with swift resolutions and utmost professionalism and courtesy. If I were to put my finger on something, then it'd be that you guys send physical debit cards via unregistered regular mail, meaning it can easily be swallowed by a postal black hole somewhere. Seeing as you charge €8 just for the issuance itself, I don't see why the customer shouldn't be able to throw in a few extra euros and have it sent as a traceable/registered letter.

My recent experience of communicating with Genome team and using their services was very positive! I had to provide additional documents: the team reviewed presented documents quickly; no unnecessary questions asked. Money transfers are processed the same day without any delays. Highly satisfied!

Lost many hours of work filling in the…

Lost many hours of work filling in the forms and sending copies of passports, business document copies, etc, only to have them suddenly send a message that the account was closed.

Apparently they keep a very long list of terms, which includes sections such as they have not understood the business. Basically, they are randomly decide to close the account for any reason.

Since they may not be the sharpest tools in the shed, that means you may very easily lose many business hours on something pointless, like applying for a business account with Genome.eu.

Apparently, selling health food supplements is one of business areas they classify as dangerous, even when you sell no formulas, just pure compounds...

Stay away from Genome & Very bad company

Very bad company, i have lost tens of hours to send them all the documents they requested, and got them by phone and sent them all compliant documents as per their request , they have approve my account, and after one day only, they informed that they cant work finally,

So why to ask so many documents, and get account approval, for getting at the end closure account for none reason ??

Very disappointed of them.

Stay away from this company that can close your account at any time. this is not reliable company.

Very innovative and well-performing business

I recently tried applying for an account on Genome and was sadden to see that my country is not yet supported however, the customer service that I received was quick and effortless. Very effective. They closed account and stole clients money

Would to inform ALL people, that such "bank" can close account without any notification and resons. And we have clients which transferred money to us (to our genome account) and they this EMI stole money of such clients and secondly you can not rely on this "bank" with your business, they close it anytime without any reasons!!!!

Updates: They can call any activity as "Suspiciouse", so it mens better not to use Genome, because as a final stage they may call you "suspicouse" and just close it. And yes its true, we have got some message about closing our account, but we have never received any questions about our activity, we can provide all confirmations about our activity and communication with clietns, but they just dont ask, that is why just stay away from them.
