Paid credits taken for broken features

Paid credits taken for broken features

My experience with Genoplot has been completely unacceptable.

The Oracle tools failed on both Safari and Chrome. Mixed, 2 Way and 4 Way repeatedly opened as blank pages with absolutely no results. Despite this obvious technical failure, Genoplot still deducted credits from my account. Taking paid credits while delivering nothing is indefensible.

The 500 credit AI Deep Analysis was just as disappointing. It advertised extensive model testing and a full written breakdown covering source selection, migrations, historical depth, regional context and uncertainty. What I received was an extremely short and superficial output based on a few ancient proxy populations. One of the main alternative models openly admitted that a substantial component was “not resolved.”

This was not the detailed analysis that was advertised. It was an incomplete result presented behind an excessive credit charge.

I paid for functioning tools and meaningful analysis. Instead, I received blank pages, deducted credits and a poorly resolved report. I want every credit taken by the failed Oracle runs refunded, along with the 500 credits charged for the inadequate AI analysis.

Until Genoplot fixes its mobile platform and stops charging users for failed calculations, I cannot recommend this service.
