Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, and we're sorry the results haven't met your expectations so far.

Two weeks is still very early for an anti-wrinkle serum. Skin cell turnover and the visible changes from active ingredients typically take longer to show, so most people don't notice a real difference until around the 6 to 12 week mark with consistent daily use, morning and night. It's not instant, and we'd rather be upfront about that than overpromise.

A few things can also make a difference in that window: applying to clean, slightly damp skin, using it consistently rather than on and off, and pairing it with a daily SPF (sun exposure undoes a lot of the progress you're trying to make).

I use everyday, morning and night, with the ion. Absolutely wonderful results after months of use. Fine lines are gone and deeper lines are more refined. Absolute must have for anyone's skin regime

In my 50s with sensitive skin, and have a pretty simple facial regime of cleanse, moisturise and sunscreen. I have been using the Genova Anti-Wrinkle Serum after cleansing with Genova's Active Foaming Cleanser. It has improved the overall softness and texture of my skin. It is non-greasy and quickly absorbed. The packaging looks great for a gift, but less packaging would be good for ongoing purchases.
