Scam - Product not as described and used by someone else

Disappointing
I bought a pjsk account, it was delivered fast, but the information was very vague and wasn't an actual transfer ID supported by PJSK. Rather it was a email, and I tried many ways to log into this and nothing worked. I emailed the company TWICE about this and still no response. The last pervious times I had an inconvenience, the costumer service was terrible and would hardly respond to me after 2 weeks.
