I really like the platform and its integration with other software, including M365. It would be awesome if they released more how to videos so that I could improve the way I use the platform for a range of tasks from market analyses through to slide deck generation.

Their customer support team did a really good job in figuring out the issue and making sure that I understood what the problem was and the most efficient use of Genspark credits. They even restored the credits used. Excellent customer service. They have a very responsive and professional team at Genspark. Genspark is an all-in-one tool that aims to be the ultimate solution for those who work creating multiple things simultaneously. It's a platform with a lot of potential, virtues and flaws, but as a long-time user I've seen the constant effort to bring new and innovative features.

Staying ahead of the curve is very difficult in the AI market, and although I sometimes get frustrated because something specific didn't work as I wanted, in the end I always end up going back to GenSpark.

Genspark is one of those few tools I trust; there are things I can do here that no other tool allows me to do from my phone.

I know they will continue to improve and I hope they continue to innovate and polish every detail of the GenSpark mobile app. It's not perfect yet, but it's one of the best out there, so I give it 4 out of 5 stars.

The customer service was very reactive and trouble shouter.

The suite that does it all. Genspark offers a package that's unique on the market, the everything burger. You get credits and almost every tool possible. It is quite a learning curve though since genspark focuses harder on 1shot prompts instead of multiple follow ups. I often experience deterioration in chats quickly, it's not like claude for example, which summarizes chats rapidly. Some tools are not updated to latest models yet like workspace and you need to use thst one to do stuff with connectors unfortunately. But pure ai-chats are free so you can get far with your subscription. I am struggling to get good AI videos going but it seems to be limitations with the video generators as api. And using claude natively in their app was in my experience managing memories better. Other than that genspark is without alternative though.

I think that if you understand AI it is very useful , however I am to old to understand the half of it, but I complement the company for understanding my situation and without any hesitation they refunded me my money and that says a lot for the company. I highly appreciate them and for someone who knows there way around AI. I recommend this Company for being honest and outstanding customer service 👏

Genspark is the best AI super workstation I’ve ever used. I’ve been a subscriber since May 2025. The biggest help for me is that as long as I’m a Genspark subscriber, I can use the best AI tools in the world—whether it’s AI chat, AI image generation, AI video creation, and now Genspark has been especially helpful for my work, like AI for making PPTs and AI Agent.

The AI tool I evangelize the most in comparison to how little I hear others talk about it has got to be Genspark. OpenAI blogged about them in June 2025, their recent Series B investment brings their valuation to $1.6B, and they cracked the top 50 AI apps neck and neck with their closest comparison in Manus; so they are hardly a secret. Even still, I don't think they are talked about enough, so if you haven't come across them, this is my "must try" recommendation.

It is a multi-modal, agentic-first, use-case driven version of what I wish Anthropic would be when it comes to apps and features built on top of LLM models and primitives (skills, connectors/MCPs, etc.). I have been using it for nearly a year now and the feature advancement is staggering, with major release duration measured in weeks not months. They handle many of the use cases that one-off apps focus on (meeting notes, speech to text w/ cleanup, openclaw, etc.) for the price of one, and with seamless integration into their suite of apps and capabilities, along with 3rd party integration support (eg, save meeting notes to Notion), you are not giving anything up either.

I use all of their MacOS desktop apps (Genspark [browser], Genspark Speakly, Genspark Claw) and iOS apps (Genspark AI Workspace, Speakly AI Voice Keyboard). I have used Genspark to create slide decks, prototypes, scrape the web into a cloud drive and spreadsheets, deep research, build design assets in a canvas, make images and videos, call businesses like United airlines to change reservations on my behalf, and now I'm using it for OpenClaw (desktop use and cloud computers), meeting notes, speech to text, and add-ins for Excel/PowerPoint/Word (testing against Claude's). I have tried a lot of AI tools and will be letting my annual subscription lapse for many of them, but not Genspark, it's a keeper.

I have just started working with Genspark. The app has many capabilities, and I haven't even experienced a tenth, perhaps even less, of what it can do. The chat capabilities are very powerful. The workflow allows for good tracking and enables strong, tight user control. The only issue I've found so far is that using the capabilities freely turns out to be very expensive and consumes a lot of credits; therefore, they must be used wisely. It is recommended to ask how many credits it costs before using a feature and to compare it with similar capabilities.

I have mainly used its Design/Prototype tool and have to say that initially I was getting mixed results, however once I started experimenting with different AI models, especially Google and Claude, the results were amazing. It is a natural language tool, however each model requires a nuanced query structure - you get that right and it will blow your socks off.

We have been using Genspark extensively in both our consulting business and our work as authors, and we are extremely satisfied with the experience.

I started using genspark for my work project and it was very convenient. I m not paying chatgpt and others anymore. I like the fact that i can use all the AI tools in one site. Also, the customer service is great. When making videos and images, there are errors sometimes. Overall, I am satisfied using this.
