I see negative comments here, that's why I write this review. I ordered a wallet and received order within 2 days, unfortunately the color did not match the displayed product, so I had to return, but customer service replayed fast and provided free courier pick up. Refund received within 2 business days.

Customer service does not respond to multiple inquiries. Tried via multiple email addresses and their customer service WhatsApp number listed on their website. A disgrace for such a high end store to have absolutely no customer service

Terrible

Bought a PT Torino wool pants for 250 Euros
Worn a few times and two holes appeared on each of the back pockets where the buttons were.
I emailed PT and explained the issue and they said that if GENTE contacted them,they would send me a new one.
Multiple emails to Gente until someone replied ,asking me a bunch of info about the model and damage.
I provided all the info and they replied back that they would sort it out.
45 days later again another email requesting the same
3 months down the road ,the issue has nit been resolve and last time I had any info ,was 55 days ago.

Buy anything from this thieves called gente roma at your own risk. They are nothing but ignorant ugly bunch of thieves and illiterates that can speak English to save lives operating a useless company. I bought a sac de jour YSL bag in nano from this stupid company for $1485.57, they charged me for shipping, handling and custom fee for which everything amounted to $2000. Guess what, when I was going to receive my bag after 3weeks, it came in just the dust bag wrapped in a DHL bag. Apparently the dhl driver almost stole my purse because he knew what it was. Stay clear from this useless company filled with idi.ots

I saw a pair of GGDB's and the price was noticeably lower than the price in the US (a $200 difference). So after research, I pulled the plug and got these.

The customer service was interesting. I see a lot of reviews indicating that they did not get a response from Gente Roma but I got a response within a couple of hours (granted, I emailed them when they had their store hours open). *They also have a live chat line that sometimes comes up on their site (when their store hours are open in Italy). I would take advantage of that for questions.

The first email I sent was for a promotional code that they offered but I forgot to enter it; they refunded me the difference. The second email was for the tracking information (which they did not provide for some reason), they replied within an hour and I got my tracking information that they forgot to give.

I believe the company is good but they obviously need to work on consistency. The prices are great and I received the shoes within 5 days total.

They don't hornor their return policy in store.

This company is the worst company I have ever bought off in my life they ignored all of my emails they are very rude proper scum they sent me a faulty item and then took ages for them to send returns label! Then on top of that they charge me £29 for return on a faulty item then lie and say there was nothing wrong with it 😡STAY AWAY PEOPLE ITS DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR AND FULL OF LIES AND IGNORANCE don’t get scammed by this stuck up snotty company there probably on about €8 a hour and try to act like they own the company and think they are better than people . You have been warned it’s not worth taking the chance trust me 👎🏻

HORRIBLE! I ordered a pair of GGDB and still no update on shipping and it has been 11 days! Ridiculous!

I purchased black YSL boots. They sent brown ones. Returned the boots and they have NOT refunded me. Lost over $1000. Thieves.

I purchased a Max Mara coat and Moncler jacket. They are both authentic however as one of the coats is too big I ‘ve been trying to reach out to them to initiate a return.

I can NEVER reach out to their customer service and no on has replied back to my emails.
Please be aware when you make a purchase that you won’t receive any customer service whatsoever.

I recently made a purchase (Christian louboutin bag) from genteroma.com & I had never heard of them before. I was helped by this really nice guy (I wish I knew his name then I could write it in my review) I rang them few times & emailed aswell. Unfortunately I did not like my bag so I had to send it back. For some reason I was really worried that I had given out my personal information to some company that I had never heard of before & panicked if I was going to get my money back. Again I emailed them & I was told not to worry. So my whole return went smoothly & I can assure everybody this is one of the best luxury places to shop online or in store. I got all my money back. I have been to Rome & might have been to this store but I never remember the names of the stores unless it’s an obvious kind of name. So ladies please don’t hesitate you can trust GENTEROMA completely no matter where u r in the world! I will be buying from them again & hopefully no returns this time 😉
