Hey Mark,
We understand that it can be disappointing when a bonus does not produce the results you were hoping for, particularly when no additional gamble opportunities appear.
Please note that game and bonus outcomes are determined by the game's Random Number Generator (RNG) and are based entirely on chance. Each spin and outcome is independent, so bonus features or gamble opportunities cannot be guaranteed during a particular session.
We appreciate that this may be frustrating, but the results are not manually adjusted based on the player or their previous outcomes. We hope this clarifies how the bonus and game mechanics work.

Had zero problems
Had zero problems. Had to verify my account which was an easy process. CS were helpful removing a bonus I couldn't remove so I could withdraw my real cash money. Withdrawals are quick, usually within the hour, or within 24 during the weekend. I only really play BJ so can't comment on other games but I like the site. Always plenty of tables and seats available.

Hey Donna,
We understand your concern regarding your ability to deposit while currently being unable to withdraw.
We have checked your account and can confirm that there is currently a verification restriction in place. Our Verification Team needs to complete additional checks on your account before your withdrawal can proceed.
We have escalated your case to the Verification Department for review. Once we receive an update from them, we will get back to you with further information and advise you of any action that may be required from your side.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while the necessary checks are completed.

Hi Peter,
We understand your concerns regarding the fairness of the slots and whether game outcomes can be changed according to the circumstances.
Please be assured that game outcomes are determined by the Random Number Generator (RNG). Each spin is an independent event, and previous results do not influence the outcome of the next spin. The games are not manually adjusted based on an individual player's activity, winnings, or losses.
The RTP (Return to Player) is a long-term statistical percentage and does not mean that a player is guaranteed to receive a particular return during an individual session. Short-term results can therefore vary considerably due to the element of chance.
We appreciate that losing sessions can be frustrating, but this does not mean that the game has been altered or that the outcomes are being manipulated.

Hey Lesley,
We understand your frustration regarding the time it took for your withdrawal to be completed, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
We have checked your account and can confirm that your withdrawal has now been paid in full.
There was an issue processing the payment to your original payment method, as the payment attempts were being declined. To avoid any further delay, our Payments Team arranged an alternative payment method and successfully processed the full amount to you.
We are sorry that this resulted in a longer waiting time than expected, and we appreciate your patience while our team worked to complete the payment.

Hey Pavel,
We are sorry to hear about the situation you have experienced and understand your concern regarding the security of your payment details.
We have carefully checked your account and can confirm that no card details have ever been registered or stored on your casino account. Our records show that you only made deposits using PayPal, and there are no card details associated with your account.
If you believe that your card or payment details have been compromised or that you have been a victim of fraud, we strongly recommend contacting your bank or card provider as soon as possible so they can investigate and take the appropriate security measures.
We hope this clarification helps reassure you that no card details were held on your casino account.

Hey Pjerin,
We understand that it can be disappointing when you play without triggering a bonus feature.
Please note that game outcomes, including bonus features, are determined by the game's RNG. Each spin is independent, so there is no guaranteed number of spins before a bonus feature is triggered.
Additionally, you have the option to purchase a Bonus Feature directly through the Daily Picks section. This allows you to enter the relevant bonus feature immediately rather than waiting for it to trigger naturally during the base game.
We hope this provides some clarification regarding the available options and how bonus features work.

Hey Dipak,
We understand that it can be frustrating when you experience a number of losing spins and feel that you are not getting any wins.
Please be assured that game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, meaning that each spin is independent and based on chance. Previous wins or losses do not make a future spin more or less likely to win. The UK Gambling Commission also requires RNG outcomes to be acceptably random and prohibits adaptive behaviour that changes the probabilities of outcomes during play.
It is also important to note that the RTP of a game is an average calculated over a very large number of plays and does not guarantee a return or a win during an individual playing session.
We appreciate that this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, but unfortunately wins cannot be guaranteed in games based on chance.

Hi Alex,
We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your recent experience, and we understand your frustration regarding the amount you have lost.
Please note that bonus features within our games are determined by the game’s Random Number Generator (RNG), meaning their occurrence is random and cannot be guaranteed. Winning outcomes and bonus features are ultimately a matter of luck.
Regarding promotional bonuses, we have reviewed your account and can confirm that you have not attempted to claim any of the available deposit offers. Our offers and campaigns can be claimed when making an eligible deposit. To ensure that the system recognises your intention to claim an offer, the deposit needs to be made through the Daily Picks/Promotions section with the relevant offer selected.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns, and we encourage you to always play responsibly and within limits that are comfortable for you.

Hey Thomas,
We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way and that your experience has not met your expectations.
Please be assured that our casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs), which ensure that game outcomes are generated randomly and independently. Winning is ultimately a matter of luck, and results can vary significantly from one session to another.
We understand that gambling can sometimes be disappointing, and we encourage all players to gamble responsibly and only spend what they can comfortably afford.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
