Emailed them the next day received a response.
They said: No worries, send us the correct size and we will send another out. There was no additional charge.

Same issues as below

Same issues as below. Ordered 3 rings, one was entirely the wrong ring, one was very low quality with visible flaws, and all 3 were under -sized. I've sent 3 emails so far trying to get refunded and emails that appear to be written by AI keep saying they will replace with a new ring despite my clear instructions to refund, which the website says is possible. Order #192421 this company is a SCAM that sells low quality product and doesn't refund as advertised.

I’d like to preface with the fact I rarely write reviews but this company is an exception
This company is ridiculous they sent me the wrong ring/wrong size and refuse to refund me. Instead they try their best to pressure you into choosing another ring. Constantly emphasizing how much they care about their customers even though they refuse to issue a refund. I have now told them 3 times i’d like to send back the ring which doesn’t fit and get a refund. If you’re still unsure check out the reddit page someone else made about the company many people have had the same issues. Order number “190925”

Yeh it's a scam...

Yeh it's a scam.... Such a shame as the rings looked great online! Ordered the "Tungsten+Opal" Cornucopia ring but it looks like 2 pieces of black and blue paper rolled up inside the ring. You can genuinely see the join where the 2 ends of the paper cross.

Shame I can't attach a pic on my Trustpilot as it really would say 1000 words. In the process of applying for a refund but looking at the other reviews I'm not holding out much hope with this company.

Don't make the same mistake I did!

Pleasantly surprised

Ordered the ring then read some negative reviews and was immediately sceptical BUT was pleasantly surprised when the ring arrived. Nicely finished, perfect size and well priced. I don't know how much gold it contains but to be honest at the price I'm not too bothered as its really comfortable and looks great

The company sent me a ring and not a sizer. Wrong size

The company sent me a ring, when they were supposed to send me a ring sizer first. When I received the engraved ring, it was too small. I contacted GentleBands and they sent me a ring sizer and said they'd replace the original ring, and I wouldn't have to send back the original. Anyone want a free Ti size 8 ring? Ignore the interior engraving? I'm also very suspect of the material of the ring. It's supposed to be Ti but I suspect it's stainless steel, due to its weight. Overall, the process has been a joke.

Awesome!
I found this company via a Facebook Ad and saw they made some amazing rings, so chose my favourite and placed an order.
I followed the size guidelines but somehow got it so wrong ordering a ring that was way too big for me.
Sarah at customer service was amazing at sending me out one of their ring sizers so I could get an exact fit and replaced the ring with my correct size as quickly as possible..
Highly recommended

The ring I first ordered was

The ring I first ordered was too small/wide banded (I did not measure the size correctly in the first place, which was my fault), I then contacted its customer service. During the communication process, my emails were taken care of quickly, and I was offered a replacement. Now, I received the ring which is exactly what I wanted (size and width). They have excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to make the customer satisfied.

I was also very impressed with the ring, and the package it came with. I was very happy with the overall experience, and would certainly recommend it to anybody.

I bought an awesome Tungsten ring for…

I bought an awesome Tungsten ring for my fiancé that he picked out himself. Upon arrival the ring was too small and as my fiancé said "too sparkly" for his style. I emailed Gentle bands for a return. They were so kind and understanding. Responses were very quick (with in 24 hours). They offered plenty of alternatives such as allowing us to pick out another ring with no additional cost. In the end my fiancé did not find anything else that he liked. Again, they were extremely kind and understanding. They give me a full refund without any hassle or jumping through any hoops. This was great news to me because I also had the ring engraved for free!!!! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company!

Another Chinese scam

The site copied pictures of rings from Etsy. In effect, you will receive a plastic replica of the original handmade ring. In fact, it is not certain that you will get anything at all. Don't waste your money!

STAY AWAY from it ! This is such a scam. They do not deliver. I sent several messages and they have not gotten back to me properly.

They lie about the date of delivery.
It is incredible.
Please stay away.
It will be a nightmare to get my money back.

Great product and even better service

First of all, the ring I purchased was everything I hoped it would be. Great look and feel, only downside was being too large. They were incredibly quick offer a replacement and went above and beyond to get it to me. Can’t speak highly enough of them, and certainly would recommend to anybody.

I ordered the wrong size ring after…

I ordered the wrong size ring after measuring it myself, twice. Still, thanks to great customer service and a simple process, getting a replacement was easy. The ring is exactly as described and feels great to wear. I don't usually wear jewellery but this is unique and to me very stylish. I have the Black panther, made from tungsten and meteorite.

On their website it says that returns and refunds are easy but it’s a pain in the ass. My husband doesnt like the ring and we want our money back, but it’s been a nightmare. More than 12 emails later, they keep saying that my satisfaction is their priority and they are trying to send me another ring for free but they dont want me to send back the other ring so i can have a refund. I dont even ask them to pay the shipping for the return, i just want to have my money back but they dont want ! Its like they dont even read my email and reply the same bullsh** over and over again. I will call my credit card and say it’s a huge scam.

Scam, bate and switch

Ordered a ring back in March. It came and it did not match the picture. The description said white gold and we were sent a ring with yellow gold. I contacted them and were told that's how they make it now. They agreed to replace it and comp the cost if it was over the original and we could keep the other ring (red flag). Well the ring we wanted wouldn't come in time but we were told the other one would be 10 days.
It was over a month and I reached out and kept being told more time etc. I asked to cancel/refund. Next thing I know miraculously the ring was done and being expedited. It came from china directly to me, and per the shipping labels it was not expedited. I contacted the company and was told they use manufacturers all over. Again asked to return and receive a refund as we are not happy.

Additionally one of their ring descriptions is copied word from word from a reputable jewelry rings as well as their about page, they just changed the year.

Avoid this company at all costs. Reporting them to my credit card company with all copies of emails, their return policy and proof of being scammed.

Scammers & Thieves

I was led to believe that the site was American! I wouldn't have paid any money if I had known that the site was Chinese. What is funny is that a fake tracking number was sent, and upon following up for ten days, I was surprised to find that the shipment had been received? By Who? When?
I emailed the scam company about the issue and they suggested that the shipment may have been received by your neighbor or placed in the wrong mailbox. I've never encountered such an idiotic response in my entire life!

Great company and Customer Sevice

I got married in November 2023 and my husband is a simple man and just wanted a gold band. I did not have the funds at the time for a real gold band but came across gentlebands and I am familiar with tungsten material. I do get nervous with ordering gold plated jewelry as my husband has sensitive skin and will turn however for the price and look it was amazing. I bought the radiance ring which had a beautiful look to it not just a simple gold band. It arrived within a few weeks and packaged beautifully and was exactly like the picture.
I ordered .5 a size up and it wasn't snug but just didn't want to return it due to time however he has worn it and his finger has not turned or broken out and the ring has not tarnished. the other day my husband ring did break from a hard fall at the right angle and I emailed them and they responded within 24 hours as they do have lifetime warranty and offered to mail a new one free of charge and gave me the option to choose a different size if I needed (which I did) and it will be mailed soon. I have had a great experience with this company and their customer service is always prompt professional and polite. You take a gamble with any online store but if you're on a budget this is a great place and pay attention to all the bad reviews the company does not steal peoples money and will reissue and respond so if it turns out not to be a good experience you wont be out of money and ghosted
