My recent dental appointment with Lena my Hygienist and also DR Ian went well with both being sensitive to my needs. following my Hygienist advice and instruction using correct brushes and dental floss my gums and teeth they noticed an improvement. I appreciate their sensitive professional support and kindness.

Very rough dentist. Had a filling and he cut my lip with the drill. I was in there for 30mins and cost me $700. What a rip off. Sydney dentist is a lot cheaper. I do not recommend them at all. Save your money.

This denist is full of lies and will do what they can to get as much money out of you as possible. I was told I'm a check up that I had gum disease and needed a hygienist every 3 months costing 69 pounds. When I went it really hurt my teeth to the point of excessive bleeding. They never once polished my teeth after a clean either. I moved to a new denist and had xrays and check ups which revealed I do not have gum disease at all and have healthy teeth that just need a clean once every 6 months. Go elsewhere if you can.

I need an urgent filling. Do you think that I can get a private appointment for one? No because they say I have to have a check up first. A check up that they could do in the same appointment but are refusing, why well I can only assume it's about making as much money as possible. Having been with them for years and my last appointment being within the last 12 months I do not see the issue.

I recently had my Stage 5 gum treatment and an extraction done at Gentle Dental with Dr. Mish, and I must say it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had.

Dr. Mish was extremely gentle, professional, and reassuring throughout the procedure. He explained everything clearly, made me feel at ease, and ensured I was comfortable at every step. Despite the complexity of the treatment, it was carried out with such skill and care that I felt confident and well taken care of.

The entire team at Gentle Dental was supportive, friendly, and attentive, which made the experience even better.

I am truly grateful to Dr. Mish and the staff for making a usually stressful process so smooth and positive. I highly recommend Gentle Dental to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

I felt it is important to inform others of my experience here. A part of my tooth had sheared off, leaving my tooth thinner than normal and I booked an emergency appointment to have some filler put in to thicken the tooth. The dentist called John-Joe Hartigan was appointed to manage my situation. I told him that the sole reason for me coming to the dentist was to get my emergency tooth repair fixed. The first appointment I had xrays done and I was informed four times by reception that I will have my emergency tooth repair fixed on the next appointment.
John also told me once that I will be getting my tooth repaired on the next appointment. Shortly after, I received an email detailing a dental plan for other work that could be done aswell. The plan had me down for getting a general teeth clean on the second appointment and the entire dental plan did not list my emergency to be dealt with at all. I phoned reception and she said that John had accidentally left out the tooth repair and that I will be getting it fixed on the second appointment as I was told before. Later, I arrived for my second appointment and John told me that I was getting a general dental teeth clean today. I questioned him as to why my emergency tooth repair was not getting fixed and he said we can do that another time. John knew that I was only there to get my emergency tooth repair completed and it seems that he wanted to get as much money out of me as possible before he considered fixing my emergency. I would strongly advise others to avoid getting dental work done with John-Joe Hartigan.

Amazing service! Keep well informed of the process, including the cost, and have never had such an easy time durring dental work. When you can say that the worst part of the process was the water washing down my throat, durring an extraction. That can only be "Gental Dental" care. Thank you all very much. Looking forward to my new smile.

I came to Gentle Dental Care (on 392 Wickham Road, Croydon) a couple of weeks ago for three appointments. The waiting room was clean and inviting...hot and cold drinks were available.
The dentist room was amazing! It was the best surgery I have been to till now. It has a beautiful garden. Everything was explained to before treatment began. The staff were very professional, and I intend to come for treatment here again. I am grateful to the staff of the surgery, in particular Dr Sachdev, for taking care of my gums, teeth and my smile

excellent dentist!! they was brilliant with my partner and the prices and estimates are fair compared to other dentist. now it's my turn to start my journey and get me teeth sorted. I like that they don't judge you and want to help you. I've been suffering so bad with toothache I had a damaged nerve and the tooth couldn't be saved. he fitted me in Coz the tooth was bad amd he wanted to get me our of pain. they really looked after me aswell. so impressed with this dentist and I will be starting my journey with them amd wouldn't think of going anywhere else. thankyou Adam for getting that tooth out feeling much better for it.

As someone who has an acute phobia to injections, especially where dentists are concerned, it took me over two years to build up the courage to make an appointment to visit the practices of the Gentle Dental Care Group, which has a surgery close to where I live.

My initial appointment was with Dr Mish Sachdev.

In my initial meet with Dr Sachdev, I outlined to him that I had long thought about having teeth implants to replace dentures that I had being wearing but which I found uncomfortable.

I outlined to Dr Sachdev, my deep fear of having the dental treatment that I suspected having teeth implants would entail.

However, after speaking with Dr Sachdev and him being totally honest and transparent with me about what the implant treatment would entail, I was completely satisfied and reassured with his answers to my long list of questions that I had on this matter and was greatly relieved that he would be the person performing this procedure on me.

Dr Sachdev went through every minute detail about the cost of treatment, what the treatment would entail, the length of time it may take for my gums to heal before the implants were ready to implanted and the teeth finally fitted.

Nothing was rushed and my needs as a patient were always paramount to both Dr Sachdev and his team when I visited his surgery for my appointments.

I was always kept fully informed as to what treatment would to be performed on each and every appointment made during my treatment.

Dr Sachdev showed great competency, professionalism, and above all, excellent patient care in all dealings I had with him and his team.

I would highly recommend Dr Sachdev and his team to both family and friends If they ever wanted to undertake tooth implant surgery.

Hi dear I have pleasure to working for Tony as a Painter we agree job for day rate . Then she changing mind saying I don’t finish my job. I said I need one more day . She refuse . I said ok she finishing yourself . On the end she don’t paying me for my day of work which I done. I really had enough of people who are judging me . I really highly recommend her for working . I have used this dental practice for a number of years for checkups and hygiene work, and they are well organised, efficient, attentive and caring.

I wasn't looking forward to my latest treatment of an active deep gum clean and subsequent hygiene care. I shouldn't have worried at all.

The initial consultation with Dr Mish was comprehensive and informative and the scan to determine the work to be done was completely painless.

The active disinfection phase where they deep clean your gums around the teeth was split into two, which made it completely manageable. Whilst you are conscience that rectification work is being done, a little bit more intrusive than a standard clean, it's absolutely fine, and your gums feel much better after. Dr Mish did a great job.

The subsequent hygiene care is completely standard but important to consolidate the work done on the active disinfection. As always, Aziz does a great job.

It is important to get into the routine of using the inter dental brushes on your teeth alongside the standard electric toothbrush. It takes a while to get used to to it, when you start but quickly becomes efficient and quick.
It avoids the need for a further deep clean!

Bottom line. If you are advised you need a deep gum clean, don't put it off. You will feel much better with heathy gums and the process to get there is really worth it.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this practise. I’ve been with them for years and Iain and Karen are just the best ones and always put me at ease - professional, pain free visits every single time- without the fail.
