Do NOT order from them! Ordered a item never received item or even shipping information. They won’t respond to emails and when you call the number it’s just a weird voicemail not even a real company. Unfortunately they got paid going to notify my credit card.
Ordered a fitbit charge in October 2019. Never received order. They were using Messiah College as their physical address. Contacted Messiah College and they said they had nothing to do with this website and now the address has been changed on the website. Fortunately I paid with PayPal and they got my money back. This is some kind of scam.
Ordered a Fitbit Charge. When the item didn't show up as promised, I emailed the company. Here is the response:
"We sincerely apologize for these incidents but your order has been canceled. For the convenience of our customers, your money will be refunded as soon as possible."
It's been 12 days and still no refund to my credit card. Contacting our card issuer now to dispute it. What a hassle.
SCAM website- Do NOT order from them. The phone number listed is not valid and there are numerous typos on the website. I ordered a product and tried connecting with them and received no response to emails and could not call them. THIEVES!
