THIS WEBSITE IS A COMPLETE SCAM

THIS WEBSITE IS A COMPLETE SCAM. Its a drop shipping company from China. The quality of the items is horrible. Cheap cheap cheap. They look nothing like whats advertised. Not even slightly. IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A REFUND FOR MONTHS AND THEY ARE NOT HAVING IT. You have to return the items to China, not the Qld address listed. They don't answer the phone. They ask you too lie about the value of the goods upon returning them to a Chinese address, if you dont you are up for massive taxes. Its bullshit. READING THE WEBPAGE STATES EASY RETURN. MORE BULLSHIT. IM FURIOUS.

Scam

Scam. I actually received my order of a tailored blazer; late but it arrived. The product is nothing like the descriptions or photos. It is unwearable. The full item value that they display on the website is totally fictitious - regardless of the full price or discounted sale price you wouldn't even pay $10 for the garment they send.

Despite the Australian address, phone (unanswered) and ABN (cancelled), this is not an Australian business. Forget about the returns - they will offer a small refund (10%, 15%, 20% after multiple emails) and make excuses as to why you should not return the item to China for a full refund. They will not accept returns to their Australian address. They put forward strong arguments to say that if you return the item to China they will probably not receive it and will receive zero refund.

This is a scam. Their business model is to falsely advertise goods at Australian prices, take your money, then send a worthless garment to Australia, and refuse to refund. They should be shut down and not allowed to operate in Australia. If in doubt also read the reviews for associated website gentsofbritain.

If I could give this place zero stars I…

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Don't waste your money. I purchased a jacket from their website, it took weeks to arrive and their so called parcel "tracking" was just a generic email with a random number that they send every now and again saying "good news your parcel is on track to arrive soon". When I did finally get the jacket it was the weirdest sizing ever, too small but the sleeves were super short, like up to the elbows short. Their website says "hassle free returns" but when I contacted their customer service I was told I could try to return it but it would likely get destroyed at chinese customs and I wouldn't get my refund, interesting for a business that says they are locates in Caloundra Queensland and makes no mention of China. This place is dodgy as they come, super scammy and I would highly recommend that you do not purchase anything from them, you will be wasting your hard earned money and cheap chinese crap that won't fit anyway and you'll never see your money again.

My worst online shopping experience….

My worst online shopping experience….
Purchased a shirt 24 December
After 10 days no news
No tracking number
I emailed them they said it’s on the way!
After 3 weeks finally they admitted the colour I purchased is out of stock!!!
Asked me to choose different colour which I didn’t like.
I asked for refund, they REFUSED!!! Can you believe?
I contacted my bank & disputed transaction .
If you see their advertised just close the browser and run away!

Poor quality shirt advertised as linen…

Poor quality shirt advertised as linen arrived made out of synthetic material with discoloured buttons. No label on the shirt either , terrible quality that looked nothing like the website picture. The sort of shirt you would buy in a market for 5 bucks.

Terrible fit and a ripoff

Terrible fit, too small. Can only return items at high cost to China. Offered only 20%refund for items that were unworn and not the right size. Also did not have label regarding material. Definitely not 100% cotton. A scam/ripoff.

Gents of Australia Scam

Hello, Gents of Australia has sent me the wrong item, about 3 weeks later than intended... which is fine at Christmas, but the wrong item portion is not. I have about 20 different emails before I finally lost my cool and started cussing.. as they were asking for measurements of the incorrect jacket style they sent me as proof it is the wrong size.. which does not matter... because it is the wrong item. I supplied the receipt, with pictures of the item purchased, and pictures of the incorrect item received multiple times. Upon finally agreeing to allow me to return it they warn me that China's customs may very well just destroy the item, in which case I will receive 0 refund, also I will have to pay for the shipping which would cost me roughly $30-$40, or I could accept 15% of the item's value without returning it... This has been the worst online purchase experience ever, and truly seems like a scam. Please do not buy from this company to avoid the scam.

Clothes made in china

These clothes are sent from china and sizing is three times as small as sizing over here is Australia. Tried to return a medium sized jacket as it was literally a child’s jacket but was told I have to pay a return fee and can not get a full refund. The brand is different to the photos as well. This website is a waste of time and money.
