Item arrived on time otherwise would not even get one star. Received broken probably due to poor packaging. Image out of focus and flat in colour. Customised text poorly placed and sized. Overall, very disappointed and will not buy from there, ever again.

I ordered two personalized clocks for my grandchildren. The picture on the website showed a nice three dimensioned firemen's helmet with a clear plastic face shield. The picture was not even close to what I received.
What I got was a flat wooden backed picture of a fireman's helmet. Very cheap and disappointing. Do not buy from this company, The pictures are nothing like what you are going to get.
Do not order from here! I ordered a guitar wall clock. You will not receive the watch as pictured!!! Just a poorly printed plastic disc for a lot of money!!! Making a complaint is impossible, as you cannot reach anyone through the website or any other contact method!
