Ordered two pairs of shoes totalling almost £70. Never delivered, never refunded. Surely there's a way to be compensated for this?

AVOID AT ALL COST

AVOID AT ALL COST! if you are lucky to receive your shoes they’ll be low quality made in china cheap, not worth your hard earned money. IF YOU NEVER RECEIVE THEM, which is highly likely, don’t expect a refund, neither full or, as they suggested, offered me a partial refund which still was never refunded! Guys these people are SCAMMERS . avoid and buy from your local shop, try them for a good fit and pay a bit more for something worthwhile.

I think this company is Hong Kong based. Contacting them seemed to be a problem. I saw the bad reviews on here and tried to ask for a refund before goods were dispatched (an option they offer) but no reply or refund arrived. However the items, one pair of chunky platforms , for my daughter and DM style boots for me
turned up. They seem ok I have worn mine for a few weeks and no problems encountered so far.

I ordered 1 pair of boot costing me £39.99 on 3rd October 2025.
Still says awaiting shipment today.
I have emailed them 9 times requesting a full refund immediately.
They have emailed me back asking me to await my parcel.
I would rate 0 if there was an option.
I will update if I receive my full refund or my order.
Shocking.

Wrong item

Ordered the shoes and when they arrived they were a completely different item. Send several emails with photos showing what was listed in my confirmation email and of what I received and just got told no, you got what you ordered. Send several emails and didn’t get anywhere. When I tried to access my account on their side to see the order history it didn’t work either.

Caviat emptor

I would have preferred to allocate no stars at all for this company. Ordered shoes beginning September and received nothing. Wish I hadn't as I have a nasty feeling I will receive nothing. Probably don't even exist. People, don't buy from them but support a local store instead.

Bad customer service/ experience

Please do not order anything from this company. I don’t think the company exists in the UK. You would expect goods ordered to arrive within a week in most cases. Still waiting after weeks of waiting for my so called orthopaedic boots. I have written to the company numerous times without success. There are no addresses on the website and no contact information. I really feel they are breaching trading standards.

A sham

They sent the wrong shoes and are denying they sent the wrong shoes despite photographic proof being sent several times. Furthermore the shoes are terrible quality and came from China not “London”. My elderly mum was sadly taken in by the slick looking website. Complete sham!
Update: they are now saying we have to return the shoes to China even though it was their “mistake”. A complete con!
Update: despite several more emails showing the shoes ordered and the different shoes received, I am continuing to just get generic replies.
DO NOT SHOP HERE - TERRIBLE PRODUCT, TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE PEOPLE.

Don't buy anything

Do not buy anything from this company. Very poor quality. The boots were sent to me unsewn on the back. If you want to make a complaint, you have to send the order to China at your own expense.

Do not buy from this company

No order number or confirmation of order received, but money had been paid and taken for a pair of boots.
Fully expected nothing to arrive, but when they did we were not surprised at the truly awful quality. When the package arrived, we thought it was a Vinted parcel, it was that badly packed; a pair of knee length boots in a jiffy bag!
Actually not going to bother to request a refund as we have no confirmation of our order to provide them with, and by all accounts, the boots would have to be posted back to China, negating the refund value.
The site looked genuine, I honestly thought we were purchasing from a reputable company.
Keep these reviews coming in; I can’t believe there are only four!

Scam company

Scam company, avoid wasting your time and money. My shoes never arrived, asked for a refund twice now and keep getting same generated email reply that they will respond within 6 to 12 hours, then email saying they will look into matter. Then you hear nothing after that. I’ll be surprised if I get my money back.
