Dishonest and utterly rude

I made an order on Wednesday at 2.30 PM. Because I paid £15 for priority shipping, It was supposed to be fulfilled on the "same day or the day after".

As I received no updates 26 hours later, I contacted customer support. The person was incredibly rude and offered no help whatsoever. They claimed that my order was going to be shipped tomorrow. After I argued that that it would be four days, not really a "premium service" for £15, they abruptly canceled my order without asking any questions.

If you want to be treated with respect and receive what you paid for in a timely manner, I'm afraid you will need to shop somewhere else.
