Have to say, Absolutely fantastic service from Genuine Style….. the courier let me down, claiming to have tried delivery (they hadn’t), and that they wouldn’t re-attempt until after the bank holiday weekend. After contacting GenuineStyle directly, they sorted earlier delivery without any hassle or fuss. They were courteous and prompt in all comms. It’s been a long time since I’ve had service as good as this.Thankyou GenuineStyle…. Will definitely be recommending you for value AND 1st class service.

My glasses were not delivered on time and handed back to driver by a neighbour. Contacted customer services as was showing delivered and had an instant email. The owner took it upon himself to chase the delivery after hours and during the weekend to keep me updated. Such a lovely person and a great company. Glasses arrived and were excellent quality and amazing price. Thanks Richard

After the initially difficult delivery
After the initially difficult delivery, the incomplete postal address and courier that didn't follow instructions.
The Team at Genuine Style Millie and Richard took imiditate control of the situation posted out a replacment pair of sunglasses in time for my trip using Royal mail.
They tracked the package until it was in my hands.
Excellent after sale service from a UK small business and a lovely quality affordable stylish pair of shades.
I will certainly purchase from them again.
