We share your frustration that these arrived late, and that you did not receive the next day service that we paid DPD to provide for you on our behalf, however your review does more reflect a rating for DPD's service rather than for our own.
Your item was ordered in the evening and was sent out the very next day, as advertised and via the correct service. The one day delay that you experienced was due to an operational issue at DPD. We contacted all affected customers about this delay proactively.
We apologise on behalf of ourselves and DPD that DPD did not provide the experience that we would also expect them to.

The order hasn't been delivered
I've ordered online the sun glasses on 7 September, I still haven't received my order ( after 20 days). The customer service promised that I'll receive my order during the current week, but still no trace of my order. I've wrote last night to the customer service to demand the refund.

It is not our intention to mislead. This backorder product was ordered promptly but unfortunately we experienced a highly untypical delay from our supplier. Promises made were well intended but we would usually update further delays and can only apologise that this did not happen.
