Ordered Ted Baker Jacob sunglasses
Ordered Ted Baker Jacob sunglasses. Delivery and price excellent. Unfortunately when they arrived I didn't like the design, it was hard to tell from the picture that the arms were tortoiseshell (but they were very nice glasses, just not for me...) No quibble from GenuineStyle, glasses returned and refunded very smoothly. Have order a different pair of Ted Bakers which are great, as was the delivery once again. Many thanks

Great customer service, communication and great value
Great customer service, ordered late on Monday night and my glasses were delivered on Wednesday lunchtime. I was kept up to date on the delivery.
The glasses are fab and £40 cheaper than most places.
