Excellent service overall
The book was well protected and in perfect condition. The packaging company damaged the packaging and still the book inside was perfect due to the protection they added. I also received the product in time, with no delays.

Even though they did not have it in stock, they called when they got their hands on it!
I first called Genvi about a game which is difficult to come by anywhere in the EU these days, and they did not have in stock at that moment. At the time, I thought that would be the end of that.
Les than 10 days later, they called me back to tell me they had it in stock, and were extremely helpful about setting up the sale even though it had some small logistical complications.

Went above and beyond to get me books that were out of stock everywhere.
I pre-ordered the new 2024 DnD alternate-cover DMG, after launch I was messaged that Genvi Games' supplier was having issues delivering everywhere. I was offered a choice: a full refund, or I could wait until the supply issues were resolved. Because I really wanted the alt-cover version and it wasn't available anywhere I chose to wait.
They kept me up to date the entire time, and after 2 months they had to bring me the sad news that their supplier had completely stopped shipping of the alternate-cover DMG, and that the same issues were expected with the upcoming alternate-cover version of the DnD Monster Manual. But they also had amazing news! The owner of Genvi Games called me, to tell me they had managed to get their hands of a very limited number of copies of both the alt-cover DMG and MM, and offered to sell me both at-cost. And as an apology for the very long wait, I got some free dice with the order as well.
I am now the very happy owner of both the alternate-cover DMG and alternate-cover Monster Manual! And I'll definitely be returning to them my other DnD related purchases! They truly went above and beyond to help me.
