Weight loss is rarely just about weight. That’s why the Genwell team created a different kind of weight care, one that looks at the whole person, not just the number on the scales. We saw too many people navigating weight gain alongside hormonal changes, insulin resistance, long-term health conditions and repeated cycles of weight regain. We also saw people using weight loss medication without the ongoing support needed to manage side effects and protect their health as they lose weight. So, we built Genwell around a simple idea: weight care should care for more than your weight. Our approach combines personalised treatment with dedicated GP oversight and ongoing support from registered nutritionists. Where medication is right for you, it forms part of a personalised care plan — not the whole plan. And because our care is doctor-led, we can look beyond BMI alone and support people with more complex health needs. While weight loss may be where the journey starts, our ambition goes further. By combining medical expertise, nutrition, behaviour change and ongoing support, we help people improve their metabolic health, feel better and build the foundations for a healthier future. A very personalised service from experts
I’ve been a customer for a few months and I can honestly say it’s been a really wonderful and positive experience. The doctors and coaches are really thorough, kind and attentive - it’s made a real difference to me and helped me build sustainable habits. My health has been so positively impacted and was so happy to see my blood sugar and cholesterol levels improve so much. A really positive experience and I recommend this to anyone looking to improve their health!
