Data-driven meditation method!

I came to meditation with minimal knowledge and some app experience, none of which really stuck for me to be honest.

Dan's Deep Dive Method changed that. I'd never encountered it before, and if you've struggled to make meditation a habit, you should definitely give this a try.

I'm a bit data-driven (I wear a Whoop health watch) and within a few weeks my stress, sleep, and HRV had all measurably improved. Day-to-day I feel more rested, clearer, and more grounded in both business and life.

Dan is a brilliant teacher: experienced, non-judgmental, and genuinely invested in your progress. He's continued to support me even after the course ended, which says everything.

If you're on the fence, just do it!!

Do this if you’re serious about meditation

Before working with Dan, I had tried to be a ‘meditator’ for at least 5 years, with no success. I’d tried all the apps but never managed to make a habit stick.

Dan is an excellent coach, knowledgeable, patient and delivers his sessions in a way you can clearly understand. It is backed up by ancient eastern wisdom but also modern neuroscience. Since working with Dan, I have managed to make meditation a habit and begun to see the benefits of it.
