Very BAD EXPERIENCE
I ordered last year October 2019 lenses and untill now waiting for the order to be shipped, it’s April 25,2020. There was no problem with the previous orders but this time it’s very bad experience. When I contact the customer service they said it has been shipped but I did not receive it and since then it’s been 3 months

I love geo Coloured lenses
I love geo Coloured lenses! I’ve been using it for 4 years straight. Shipping takes about 1 month but it’s worth it. It sucks when I receive lenses that are ripped... happened a few times. I also notice they dry out quicker now than years before.

Amazing customer service!
I've just placed my first order (#88395), and it's still processing, but the customer service I received is beyond exceptional! I signed up to get promo emails, and a discount code was offered but it took several days to come through, and they were more than happy to provide it directly. When I tried to use it, there was an on site promotional offer that couldn't be combined, and they let me know exactly when it was ending so I could use the welcome code, and even sent me a reminder when it was over. Every interaction has been amazing, and I can't wait to try out the lenses! I especially like that there's a wishlist on the site, so I can keep track of which lenses to order next!

Delayed Order
I sent an email asking about my order to see if the Covid-19 situation will make my order take longer, which I didn’t mind. I emailed because my order has been stuck in the same status for a while, this hasn’t happened before. I was just told to wait the whole 21 days and the status hasn’t changed. I would like some assistance.
Edit: Their customer service is very responsive and quick.
