This is our third Adria motorhome purchase from Geoff Cox Leisure situated at Marehay Nr Ripley. This is a family run business and wouldn’t”entertain going to any other dealership. The staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. Their customer service is excellent and they handle any problems large or small professionally.
When you buy a motorhome you are given a full in-depth description and demonstration to make sure you feel confident with all the controls. Although this is our third Adria many of the controls are different from our previous ones. Our handover was carried out by Joanne who was very thorough and fully explained everything in a friendly and professional manner.Must give a big thank you to Gavin, Joe, Deborah and Gainor for making the changeover extremely easy for us and to Nigel and Ian for making sure our motorhome was cleaned and prepared beautifully. A real team effort.

I very rarely leave reviews but I have to say the after sales and care at Geoff Cox is second to none. Bought our campervan from them and have had a few minor issues with the van, it has never been any trouble to get it sorted. The staff are always helpful and friendly and go out of their way to sort the issues. If you are thinking about buying but worrying about after sales then go to Geoff Cox’s.

I came in last week regarding a car, had a few questions and they were all answered by a very polite and well mannered man called Fred, overall very pleased and would definitely recommend to others, the shop was very clean and well looked after which made the whole experience even better.

Buying a new car is often a stressful, mentally intensive experience, the finances and paperwork make the situation especially boring. My experience at Geoff Cox dealership was quite the opposite, so good that I might buy another car just to visit again!

I was greeted warmly by a young chap called Frederick, who anyone would have thought had been in the industry for decades, when really the young budding salesman is just 21. Frederick carefully listened while I explained my vehicle requirements and financial constraints. Then, without being pushy or too forward, he presented me with several options, all of which were to well suited to me. He explained the financial options for each vehicle without over complicating things, and within half an hour we were finalising the paperwork.

The next day o was contacted by Frederick who gleefully told me that my new car had been serviced, MOTed, valeted and was ready at the dealership for me to collect. I cannot recommend this dealership enough and I implore anyone who is looking for a new car to pay these guys a visit.

I went in the other week just to have a look around as I have recently been in the market for a new car. I didn’t end up buying but I must say the young sales man Fred was absolutely excellent in how he handled me as a potential customer. Incredibly friendly, helpful and a great knowledge of the cars he really helped me make my decision on what to buy even though I didn’t end up buying at this store. Exceptional young man and exceptional business.

Service is perfect. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The vehicles are sold in perfect condition, would definitely recommend buying a car from here.

Went to look at a new motor. Had a lovely conversation with Fred. Who showed me the features of all the cars that were in my price range. Wasn’t pushing me purchasing and felt at ease. Will be returning.

The servicing has always been carried out efficiently and at a competitive price and I am sure has contributed to my vehicle being trouble free so I thought It was about time I wrote a review. Highly recommended .

Great service always helpful friendly staff

Called in on our way back off holiday to browse, Joe and Deborah showed us some Motorhomes and advised us on specifications for what we needed. 3 weeks later we picked up our "dream" motorhome with no issues at all. Would highly recommend for customer service and attention to detail
