Refund my money!
I paid £0.97 for a trial period but then when I wanted to cancel the subscription their website said my account doesn’t even exist. They tried to charge me £23 something first, I immediately cleared out my bank account. Then they started charging me £47.99 again and again. For a while my bank declined it but today the payment went through. I have emailed the support team already. Please REFUND! Let me know what details you need from my side. Thanks

so i paid 97p for the one search that i wanted and as i went to go off the search it charged me 24 pounds. After this i tried to log back in and cancel my subscription and then they said they couldn’t find my email that i registered with. It’s such a scam. I’m now trying to contact them using their email but getting nowhere. I won’t back down i’ll raise it with my bank too. do not use them
