Easy ordering, fast shipping and good prices. One to remember

I got couple of hoodies, sweaters, shorts and t-shirts. Although, I bought them all the same size (M), some of them were very large while others, were too small. Its strange since the brands are very well known (Converse, Nike, adidas).
The short was too short and and T-shirt and another sweater were quite big!
So, my conclusion is you'll be very satisfied with some products and with others, you won't at all.

The leadtime was fairly long, the long training trousers I ordered were too short... And returning was not made easy because there was not a form or return adress so I just left it and plan not to order here again ( unless this review gets you to contact me and you give me an easy way to return the product-in that case I will rewrite the review.

Ordered some football socks two weeks ago and no further emails from geomix… :(

I've ordered a pair of shoes about a month ago. Unfortunately they never arrived, because Geomix shipped them without an address.

At first they blamed me for their mistake and told me to manage it by myself, but I payed via Paypal which provides an address automatically. After going back an forth for ages they finally admitted that it was their mistake.

I expected a solution shortly, but it took them more than another week to only 'offer' to refund my money.

All in all this has taken almost a month. It took way too much time (10 e-mails) and the shoes are sold out everywhere currently.

Never again Geomix.

You delivered the wrong article and I already wrote to you many times but nobody answered. Could you contact me please? I won’t pay for it until someone does something.

From entering the shop to ordering, everything runned good, I like the ordering process, delivery tracking and available information on the website, the quality of the goods was also up to the point.

Bad service. I paid an extra (10 euros) for an express delivery (24 hours) and after 3 days I am still waiting for the package that will be delivered not earlier than tomorrow evening. I asked to be refunded of the extra cost and my request was rejected. Very bad consumer service. Won't buy anything anymore.

They have worst return method i have seen on any online stores. You need to download the return form fill it manually , do same for DHL label you need to fill the form and the get label. There is no way to check the status of return. This was first and last time I order from here will never try here again. It really seems they don't want us to return the products.

I ordered here for 41,00 euro’s and I did not got an e-mail that they received my payment. I also did not receive any products.........
So be aware of this if you order from the Netherlands.

In my case it was ‘ only ‘ 41eu which I lost.

Of course I checked my mailbox carefully and also my spam. Not one single mail was found!!
