Seems to be a running issue with communication/customer service. Looks like an immature retailer, ordered an item, 2-3 days delivery, 9 days later and still nothing, no answer to messages on the app, messenger and email, so poor. Looking at the other comments I’m not holding my breath and I don’t require the item anymore but resigned to the fact that I’ll lose the money. Probably a one man band trying to sell clothes out of a garage.

Ordered 2 items on June 5th ...Delivery was supposed to be within 2/3 working days ..now 18th June ..no Delivery and no reply to emails sent ...don't mind if there is an issue causing the delay but failure to even reply to several emails is very poor customer service !!

Excellent really god quality and comfy to wart for work and look really stylish

Good trouser that have a nice amount of stretch. Wash well also.

Still not had a refund for returned items from last year!

Absolute joke of a business, selling poor quality goods for a high price with shocking customer service.
Avoid at all costs

Returned goods because they were very poor quality and never refunded. Received some story about their email being hacked. Looks like a scam. Avoid.

Paid for the return as didn’t fit me 12 pound to be ignored by customer service and not had a refund emailed over ten times

As with others, faulty product, no responses to messages on insta, email, live chat or Facebook. Shame as I’d have bought again but no chance now.

No communication regarding despatch so after a few days I emailed but never had a response. The items arrived and the shirt was nice but the trousers were thin, shiny and seemed cheap; not how they appeared to be in the images.
As I’d thrown the packaging away, I messaged through the website and asked for the return address. Still no response.
Won’t be using again.

Returned an item and still waiting for the refund a month later

Awful. Worst customer service experience I’ve had. Returned some trousers as instructed and at my expense only to be told I couldn’t have a refund because they don’t refund discounted items. Absolutely was not made clear when I purchased and now customer service have just ignored my numerous message via the live chat. They have kept my money and have the product which I’m sure they will sell again. Terrible.

I haven’t been able to return an item because I was told sale items can’t be refunded. I’ve requested a size exchange and message hasn’t been responded to.

Very impressed with the trousers . Many people have made comments about how good they look . Service was excellent and super fast delivery . Highly recommend

Delivered quickly and really nice well fitted trousers

1st time ordering…… wasn’t 100% sure on sizing so ordered a M and L in the polo shirt and flexyPro trouser. L fit a treat (I’m 5’10” and 85kg). Good quality and really comfortable.
Great customer service regarding the returns and had a refund within 3 working days.
Would purchase again in the future.
