I would like to retract the bad review I left last week. Matt from The hairy worm has since phoned me and it seems the contact problems were entirely down to problems with BT. It also turns out that because of my lack of expertise, I ordered the wrong item but Matt managed to sort out what I should have ordered and is sending a replacement. This is excellent customer service. Full marks!

Ordered a product and never got it
Ordered a product, after a month of not reciving any comfirmation i contacted them and got a answer that i need to pay 30 dollar more in shipping when i have allready payed for shipping and product.
After searching the internet it was full of bad reviews and i said that i did not trust them with more of my money. Hoping the refound will go thru but im not holding my breath.
Also Matt was quite rude to me saying that he did not trust me as a coustomer, this after i have allready payed for the product and shipping.
Saved the whole conversation for annyone that wants it.
