Awful. Was shouted at by a member of staff to stop touching the cheese!!! I was giving it to another member of staff to cut for me. I will not go back. If you want shouted at this is the place to go. I for one will never return.

I really wish it were possible to give a 10 Star rating, for this Company deserve at least that.
An "Above & Beyond" indicator would be best.
I previously wrote a review following receipt of a perfectly presented, and obviously well thought out packaged delivery of some excellent cheeses.
Unfortunately, due to the incompetence of a well known Courier, my second order arrived looking like a soaking wet sponge, having been delayed nearly a week in the Courier's "Bermuda Triangle" sorting depot.
There was no hesitation on the part of George Mewes Cheesemonger in arranging for a replacement order to be despatched without delay.
Unfortunately, the Courier illustrated their uselessness by again failing to deliver within schedule.
The first I knew about it, as I was not at home, was receiving a phone call from George Mewes to tell me that, in order to ensure I received my ordered goods, George himself would travel to my home from Glasgow, with yet another replacement - a round-trip of about 75 miles.
So --- with "Easy Ordering", "Reasonable Pricing", "Quality Products", "Great Attention to Detail", and an "Extremely Caring Customer Service" -- what else can one say except ---
I Definitely Recommend Georgemewescheese.
