It charged a small fee to locate my father's mobile that I needed to track urgently because he got lost by car. It did not work. In an emergency situation this is unethical and a complete rip off.

Led to believe I was paying a few £ to locate a lost mobile, which it did not locate, but it turned out I had been charged £133 and it's a reoccurring payment. Absolutely rip off.

If this isn't a scam it feels like one.
If this isn't a scam it feels like one.
I tried to locate my daughters mobile phone and paid 95p for the service. Didn't work. No information. Nothing.
Then by chance I am being charged £24.95 without any notification of any sort. No confirmation email, no login details to their online service.
This feels like a scam to me.
