THERE SALES GUY ROB CAME OUT AND OFFERED THE WORLD (GREAT GUY BUT WHEN HIS MOUTH OPENS ITS MORE THAN LIKELY A LIE IF HES TRYING TO SELL YOU SOMETHING)
He told us hitachi model would suit us better rather than Mitsubishi so we took his word as we didn’t know much about air source heat pumps. He told us we would get 2 payments of £800 and 7 payments of a £1000, he told us the heat pump isn’t noisy and also we would save loads on energy, all sounds good ...

After agreeing a price the installers came and fitted took 2 days, all excited to see it all working and heat our house all nice and cosy well it was switched on and the noise started just gets worse as the weather gets colder the unit doesn’t get our house warm I could easily lay my 1 year old on the radiators with out it burning her as they get Luke warm we are having to use space heater to keep house warm. The council is intending to prosecute us for noise pollution as it’s that noisy. The payments we get are £700 for 7 years so we are about £3000 down on what they told us, green energy eventually came out 6 weeks after us complaining and agreed it’s not fit for purpose and agreeed to remove this system but we would loose our £2000 deposit. We have currently employed a solicitor as we have had enough now. Don’t trust this company they do not care about you !!!!!!

The installation team for my Ecodan Heat Pump (Kevin, James and John) were very professional and polite. Likewise the solar panel fitters Danny and his crew were lovely. The poor electrician had an awkward job to do but fitted it. I am very pleased with my heating system the house is lovely and warm.

Fortunately have not purchased from this company but I would my experience (before even parting with a penny) was that they are unprofessional and in my opinion have an extremely poor level of customer service.
This morning they missed the initial appointment at 10.00am it was then re-arranged for 2.00pm, following a call at 1.00pm to say they could not make it at 2.00pm but would come at 3.00pm I agreed (with the promise of some Tesco vouchers if I purchased - so ok to waste people's time if you don't purchase- boy what an incentive!) and they said they would let me know if they could not make it for that time. At 3.07pm I received a phone call from a stroppy 'surveyor' with a list of excuses and a it's not my fault attitude, stating he be with me for 3.40pm having waited in all day and needing to go out I said not to come. Having read some reviews that were less than complimentary I can only advise that you if you've got a full day to waste hanging about enjoy! Possibly worth a Google if you're thinking of buying too.

Totally incompetent, arrogant, rude , work dangerously & unresponsive when complaints are made

Never had to deal with any business like it

beware do not have any dealings with this company, they are fine until
panels are installed,after that they are rude arrogant aggressive & totally unprofessional .
solar panels not working & losing money & i have to constantly be onto them but to no avail was promised money lost would be put in my bank & i am still waiting 3 months later & panels still not working .
i am now going to go to a solicitor for mis sold panels not fit for purpose

Would advise you to stay well clear of this company following my experience of their completely unreasonable, unprofessional and rude behaviour. Initially very keen to sell me solar panels in an area they had not installed previously, called me after initial sales visit to offer a large discount after they had got my details wrong. Assured me they would deal with planning application, required due to conservation area, and be in touch with installation date. After three months of chasing them for progress the installation manager emailed me to cancel the order with no explanation!! I tried several times to contact them to discuss their decision and no one had the courtesy to return my call or email. Also completed their on-line complaints form and again had no response. Completely unacceptable and rude service.

I would like to say a massive thank you to all of my installation team, from initial introduction to completion of installation. Every aspect of the process has gone so smoothly and has been undertaken in a very professional manner. I have recommended your company to my friends and family members and have let them know how happy I am with the results of your company’s services. I feel sure that you will be hearing from them very soon
