Terrible experience with these guys

I had a terrible experience with this company. They sent me a defective carbon mirror caps set, even though they had previously stated that it was of amazing quality. The item was poorly designed and made, and the fit was even worse. They refused to provide a refund and promised to send a replacement, but it has taken more than 25 days now. They keep lying about being in transit, even though the label creation was made two weeks ago. If they come back here with more lies, I have enough proof of my experience and from other reviewers who have also stated that this company has terrible customer service and sales.

UPDATE TO BUSINESS RESPONSE: this the tracking number provided from Fedex: 882724221995
as everyone can see as today Jul 28th, 2025, it is just a label created by his warehouse from China in Illinois on July 11th. NO replacement or shipment has been made at all. You can only read all the reviews here from everyone on how this business conduct their sales and customer support. TERRIBLE! this is not an simple issue with a customer rather "everyone" here is complaining about similar things. Terribly support, terribly post-sale, deceitful activity, etc, etc. So their response below are just hateful and revengeful responses to customers that had experienced or suffered bad experiences buying from these guys before. if could give them a ZERO star, I would.

SECOND UPDATE: the fedex package was never lost! It was NEVER handed to fedex!! There is not second package at all, otherwise they would have posted the tracking number in here? They will not because it does not exist! They are just liars! Also, they have not intention to refund and refused to do so to having me waiting for a replacement for month and half where it was immediately reported that I didn’t want that counterfeit horrible set they sent. Instead they obligated me to accept a second set that it was NEVER SENT! or prove me wrong ?? Provide
accurate info and date that matches with the info I’m posting as I did with the never shipped tracking above! LIARS!

THIRD UPDATE: you did not send the replacement that’s a fact! You never have and you never will, you just a fraud company who screws everyone. BS that you won’t post the tracking on a public forum because it doesn’t exist! The labels from USPS is another BS because yes you sent them but you sent 2 Right ? Made me to wait for the replacement? Right? Well where is the replacement ? LIAR! I will post your emails here next!

This customer was issued a 2nd set of mirror caps under our warranty policy. We have never refused to provide a refund, as we explained to the customer, the new unused set of mirror caps can be returned according to our return policy.

Every order placed on our website is returnable according to the return policy. This customer can return them if they choose to do so, and they have already been sent prepaid return labels.

Update: The original package was lost by FedEx. When shipping hundreds of orders a week, rare occurrences happen where they lose packages, especially smaller ones. A new package was already shipped out to the customer. They are aware they can return the order for a refund according to the policy, but failed to mention it in their review. A return for a refund was always an option with our provided prepaid return label, the same as it has been for the previous 50,000+ items that we have shipped out before theirs over the past 5 years.

The customer has 2 prepaid return labels to return the items. The customer has received all of this information we have stated above via email, with no reply from them. We do not (and will not) post private information (including tracking numbers) on a public forum. If they wish to be refunded accordingly, they are more than welcome to return the orders as every customer is allowed to, after they receive the items.

90 day nightmare

Ordered a car part from them and it took them 90 days to ship me
the actual product I ordered which was claimed to be in stock.
they shipped me a total of 3 downpipes. 2 being incorrect and 1
being correct. after they shipped the correct part they offered a
refund of $300 for my troubles. they then threatened me with a
lawsuit to return the other 2 downpipes they sent me. they said
they would refund me the $300 once i ship back the other 2
pipes. one of the pipes made it back to them and 1 seems to be
lost in shipping. they are now refusing to refund me the promised
$300

We only have possession of 1 of the downpipes you returned. The 2nd downpipe UPS never shows as picking up or scanning in. You left the items outside your house unadvised for an extended period of time. We would recommend checking your cameras to ensure they were both picked up by UPS on the specific day. Once the 2nd downpipe is returned, you will be refunded, exactly as your friend was who was able to return both without any issues.

Ordered headlights for my car and…

Ordered headlights for my car and brought them to a shop that THEY recommended I take it to.
The headlights can not be wired to my car, they send a wiring diagram that was all completely useless for the application of these headlights on my car.
The shop owner called me and said these headlights do not and can not work for your car. I emailed GCA and explained the situation they said I had gone past the 45 days, to return the headlights.
My car has been down for well over a month.
I smiled GCA and their recommendation was that I try to sell the headlights on eBay…basically saying “ we ripped you off so now sell them on ebay and rip someone else off, which I won’t do.
I tried to call them, and like many scandalous companies their phone number is for “ text only” there is NO real person to talk to.
I own 2 companies, and I will say when a customer has an issue or a question WE are available 24/7 to answer the phone !! Real people! Not text, not AI email bs.
This company is a scam.
Don’t trust a company with no one to speak to.
Dint make the same mistake I did.

Our phone number is not a text only number and we speak to customers daily. It was explained prior to the purchase you needed to re-pin these headlights to work with your car, and that modification was necessary. They were never described as being plug and play and were advertised correctly. As the 30 day return window past, they were no longer eligible to be returned. If properly installed, they will work with your car (as previously done by other customers).

Terrible company policies!!!

I ordered a diffuser for my son’s car. Then my husband informed me that it wasn’t what i needed at all. I reached out to cancel my order 2 minutes after placing it and they told me that they would keep 10% for a restocking fee….2 mins after placing the order! Do not order from this company..there are plenty of other companies out there that you can get what you need and they’ll actually care about you as a customer. Sad thing is we are getting ready to build my sons Audi for him and was getting ready to place a lot of orders with this company.

You were not charged a restocking fee. You were charged a cancellation fee, that is clearly stated on our website. You paid with Shop Pay Installments (a financing payment method) and they charge 10% for the transaction. Regardless if you cancel within 1 second or 1 month. Once you click pay, the payment goes through and the non refundable fee is charged.

We offered a full refund in the form of store credit (which, as you stated you planned to place a lot of orders, should not have been an issue), however you declined it.

We would recommend you do not state false information, and to read through policies before orders are placed. Good luck with your build.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION

Ordered a carbon fiber spoiler, but within an hour (on a Saturday) I found the exact one I was looking for. I purchased the preferred part from the store that carried it and immediately emailed to cancel this order, believing I would soon buy other parts from them. That is where the ridiculous email thread began. They informed me of a 10% restocking fee no matter what if you cancel an order. I advised that this would not be acceptable since nothing had been done on their end. They then stated that instead of returning my money, they would give me store credit. I didn't want store credit, and advised to refund the purchase. They kept trying to persuade me to keep the money as store credit, while with ever email I was more sure I would never patronize them again. They decided that $40 was worth a customer, and any future revenue combined with a bad review and poor word of mouth to everyone I know. They had a chance to have my business, apparently they are not doing well needing to keep $40. Unprofessional, and misleading.

I’m going to be 100% honest this is the…

I’m going to be 100% honest this is the worse experience I ever had when buying online…if you are looking for the most dishonest company look no further German car accessories is the one from the beginning till the end they did nothing but lie when I first open the site it says if I give my email I get a 10 or 15 % discount I was really looking forward to it since for 2 simple metal pipes they charge me 700$ but I never got the coupon sent to my email and I had no choice but to pay the full price then on the description it says clearly that it would be ship in 6 days and didn’t get ship until almost a month after I tried to complain and was told that it was getting ship expedited another lie then when I finally got it I realized it wasn’t made in the usa or Germany is a audi this guy takes advantage of people and when a customer places a order he places the order himself from a Chinese company the package label had the country of origin which is china the company name and there number and address I couldn’t believe it this guy is scamming people then to make things worse the down pipes supposed to have 2 holes each for the oxygen sensors my car takes 4 sensors and it only had one each so I tried to contact him and he ask me for the vin and right after that he disappeared this guy will do the same to you stay away .. if anyone doesn’t believe just message me on facebook Gilberto Gonzalez from pompano beach I have all the proof this guy is a ripoff

None of this customer's emails have ever been ignored. Every email has been responded to.

1. They email from several different emails, so the discount code went to a different email than they ordered from, so they confused themselves. We have proof the discount code was sent to their email (like it is to everyone who signs up). A simple email, live chat, text, or call to us and we would have provided the code to them.
2. The item they received was exactly as they ordered and that was pictured on our website. There are only 2 sensor holes on these downpipes, the customer purchased the incorrect ones. We have sold several of this exact set without any issues for a reason.
3. Before the customer even received the item they demanded that we give them a "great discount" or they were going to leave false negative reviews "everywhere". We are not going to be extorted from customers who make unreasonable demands, so we sent the customer a prepaid return label to send the order back for a full refund. They still have not sent us back the item.

This is not a legitimate business and…

This is not a legitimate business and is defrauding me for over $1,000. . BBB complaint number 23222831

I purchased exhaust from them on Mar. 27th and it is now April 21st and still no product. Constant excuses about "Production line, etc" issues. Finally they admitted the product is coming from Taiwan. Their website deceitfully states "5 business days", this is a lie. Their products are drop shipped from out of the country. It has been over a month now and still no exhaust. This is "false advertising" to get you to buy their product over another. This violates both the Lanham Act and FTC Section 5. I will be looking to sue this company for false advertising. Their phone is registered to a "Marianette Yovish" not even a business. They keep stating that shipping times, etc are listed on their site, but this assertion is FALSE. Look at the email and website pictures I have enclosed. It is clear they are falsely advertising availability to defraud customers. I have attached an email that clearly states that " Your product is ready to ship" this was blatantly FALSE! There is no statement on the product page that states anything is "out of stock" and they had plenty of time to respond to me that the item was out of stock but instead they kept deflecting on the delay. This is obviously a delay tactic. They know that they do not stock anything but drop ship from the production company that is out of the country. I still have not received any tracking info on the item while they have my $1,200. They could have let me know on March 29th that it was "out of stock" but instead they were asking for a VIN number? (see attached email) Delay tactic........

Typical lies from this company. Klarna ruled in my favor (I have the emails to prove it) and I will be refunded for the product that I never received from their company.

Their response is clearly defamatory and if they were legitimate they would have a "Real Address" and be a registered business and I would sue them for defamation. The only have a business presence on the internet and they are a foreign business representing themselves as domestic. Why can you not call them? only email and text? They are the ones committing multiple accounts of fraud and I have reported them to the FBI and the FTC.

This customer purchased an item with a lead time as stated on the product page, and we needed to confirm their car details to ensure proper fitment. After receiving these details, the order was put into processing and was finalized and expedited out. The customer received the order in the time frame as stated on the website, with the 1 week lead time and the 5-10 business day shipping time frame.

After receiving the order, the customer chose to submit falsified documents to Klarna stating they did not receive the order, and began to ignore every email, text, phone call that was sent to him after we noticed the dispute was open. The customer was sent a prepaid return label to return the order for a full refund, and they chose to ignore this as well.

We have processed well over 40,000 orders without any issues, and have thousands of happy customers for a reason. Every customer who places an order on our website receives exactly what they order, and no email, text, or call goes unanswered and we have the track record to prove it.

All of this documentation was sent over to the BBB, who is an independent 3rd party, who closed the complaint in our favor.

Upon looking into Davy Jones, it appears that he lost his Sheriff race in his local county. Considering Davy is committing fraud through his financial institution (submitting falsified documents stating you did not receive an item when UPS has picture proof handing the package to the customer), it is no surprise. Not only is Davy willingly stealing money and packages from small businesses, but also committing fraud through his financial institution.

All of this information, proof, and documentation will be sent to all of Davy's current and future opponents, so that they can bring to light the true integrity of Davy and know who exactly is up for election. A Sheriff (or want to be Sheriff) who steals and commits fraud is not one who should be up for election again.

*Edit: Our phone number is available on our website and you are able to call us Monday - Friday 9 am to 5 pm PST. The customer again is making false statements.*
